Great choice when visiting my college student.

Great little spot for a quick weekend to visit my daughter. Clean, easy access, good parking, and comfy bed. A better option than a hotel. Will stay again..

Hotel Room with privacy

This place is great. It's basically a hotel room, with the privacy of a quiet Chico neighborhood. Albeit with a large bathroom. The inclusion of coffee and filters for the small coffee pot was an added bonus. Great place, and I would definitely stay again. Thanks.

Just Perfect

I was looking for an affordable rental for a short notice getaway. I couldn't be happier with this adorable and spotless studio apartment. Nice neighborhood, private, quiet yet centrally located. I was very impressed by the design of the adorable kitchenette, storage cubbies, and lovely bathroom. The bed was super comfy. Further, communication with Chelsea by text was excellent each time we communicated. Thank you very much!
