Enjoy your best time of the year on the beautiful Baltic Sea island - Rügen - unique landscape, not far from the chalk cliffs, right on the fine, white sandy beach. The SELLINKOJE is located near the famous pier and the adjacent Wilhelmstraße. This boulevard with Wilhelminian resort architecture invites you to stroll in every season.
At home you feel in this new, cozy 2-room apartment on the grove in Sellin, within walking distance of the Wilhelmstraße, from the first day of your vacation.
The lovingly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor and is infinitely accessible via its own front door, and thus also accessible with a wheelchair.
The spacious hallway offers plenty of space for carrying luggage, strollers, shopping, cloakroom and more.
The separate kitchen has a stove, fridge with freezer, oven, 4 hobs, dishwasher, sink, coffee maker, a complete equipment for the amateur cook.
The quiet bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm) has a spacious wardrobe, 2 bedside tables with reading lights. The windows can be darkened either by external shutters or by curtains.
The bathroom is equipped with sink, toilet, various cabinets and shower with glass cabin.
Underfloor heating and a large towel heater ensure comfort.
The more than 20 square meters large living room is furnished with a dining area, two sofas and TV with bar.
The sofa beds can be rolled out and each accommodate a continuous comfortable mattress with slatted frame, which have a size of 140x200 cm. Four people can stay here in addition. From the living room you have a fantastic view of the countryside. The floor-to-ceiling windows can be darkened by electric outdoor blinds.

Liebe Josephin,
vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt in meiner Ferienwohnung und die abschließende Bewertung.
Bisher ist dies die erste Kritik in Bezug auf Sauberkeit in der Wohnung. Es hätte mich sehr gefreut, wenn mir dies gleich bei Ankunft mitgeteilt worden wäre, mein Reinigungs-Service ist vor Ort und hätte umgehend für Abhilfe gesorgt.
Diesen -bisher ersten Vorfall- habe ich an den Service weitergeleitet, so dass es künftig nicht mehr vorkommt.

Schöne Wohnanlage und gut gelegen.
Straße zur Wohnanlage muss allerdings noch fertiggestellt werden.

Schöne neuwertige Unterkunft
Bei der Ferienwohnung handelt es sich um eine sehr schöne, neuwertige und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sehr angenehm war auch, dass die Küche gut ausgestattet war. Schön wäre es, wenn man früher das Objekt beziehen könnte, zumal mit der Reinigung am Ankunftstag erst etwa um 14.00 Uhr begonnen wurde.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, ruhige Lage
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung modern und völlig ausreichend. Nicht die vollen Sterne gibt es, da ein sichtschutz an Fenstern sowie Eingangstür gefehlt haben. Ansonsten voll empfehlenswert. Danke an die freundlichen Vermieter für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Ich möchte meine künftigen Gäste darüber informieren, dass es an den Fenstern elektrische Rollläden und im Schlafzimmer zusätzlich Gardinen zum Verdunkeln gibt. Ein kleiner Store im Wohnraum ist vorhanden, so dass der freie Gartenblick erhalten bleibt. Aufgrund der separaten Lage des Ferienhauses, kann auch keiner unmittelbar hineinschauen.
