Absolutely beautiful property and so very well equipped in every way! Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay!! There were lots of little extra amenities that we really appreciated. A perfect week!

Thank you for your review, we are pleased that you had a wonderful time with us. Villa Ralf is situated on a 3600 sqm plot with a beautiful, secluded garden and a 100 sqm terrace, of which 60 sqm are covered.

Lovely villa, recommend having a car because taxis in denia are not the most reliable but close to town, clean, great swimming pool

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Ralf and would happily recommend it. We were three families (6 adults and seven children aged between 2 and 10) and the villa was perfect for our group. It was spacious, with large bedrooms and plenty of room for everyone both inside and out. The beautiful outdoor area was a fantastic place to relax together.The pool was a real highlight. It was a great size, with both a shallow end for the younger children and a deeper section for the older kids and adults. We spent hours there every day.The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook for a large group, which made meal preparation easy.The location was ideal. It’s only a 10-minute drive into Dénia, which we absolutely loved. The town has a beautiful, authentic feel without being overly touristy, and we enjoyed discovering its many excellent restaurants throughout our stay.Communication with Natasha and Kevin was excellent from start to finish. They were always quick to respond, and any minor issues were dealt with immediately. Overall, Villa Ralf was the perfect base for a relaxing family holiday. We left feeling refreshed and would definitely love to return.

The villa is big and was very clean on arrival, perfect for large families/groups. The local host Natascha was friendly and helpful. Dénia is a pretty town with a fantastic beach and plenty of supermarkets but a car is definitely recommended. We did use uber and that was fine although prices varied from 12 to 50 per trip to town depending on the time of day! While the villa is lovely & very well equipped, it is a bit tired looking so wouldn’t describe it as luxury….bedding and towels were mis-matched and a bit worn. We also had an issue with the pool while we were there, Natascha was helpful in getting it sorted but it meant we couldn’t use it for a day & a half which was very disappointing, particularly for the young children who had been loving it! I hadn’t realised when booking that electric was extra, we paid 170 for the week. Also worth noting that the bins are a fair way…needed a car just to take the rubbish out.Overall we had a great stay, loved the size & space that allowed privacy despite being a large group, and the tennis court was a fab addition.

Beautiful house, extremely well equipped.

This swimming pool was in a great central position, with plenty on sun beds. So adults could relax while children played in the pool. For eating in there was plenty of crockery and a fantastic selection of glasses. The beach was easily accessible. Denia is a lovely town. We had a great family holiday in Villa Ralf with 4 generations.

Denia family holiday

Villa was lovely although a little dated in parts it served us well for an extended family holiday however one aspect which could be improved would be the bed linen and pillows one pillow per person is not enough and the bed linen was very poor quality, the childrens playground really needs looking at with a broken slide and swing that could not be used plus everything around that area needed a good tidy up .. on the whole the experience was a good one

el alojamiento es estupendo , con un bonito jardín y piscina y incluye todo lo que dice el anuncio .

el conjunto estaba con alguno problema ya que hemos sido los primeros en ocuparlo después de la pandemia. Tanto la propiedad como en especial Sabina la representante de la empresa de mantenimiento que se han volcado a todas horas VOLVEREMOS !!!!!!!!

A part l'électricité qui est en plus, tout est bien. Grande propriété avec de la place pour 12 personnes. Piscine, jacuzzi, tennis, parking pour plusieurs voitures.

Luxe en comfortabel,

We verbleven een week in Villa Ralf met drie gezinnen. De faciliteiten passen daar prima bij. Ieder gezin eigen slaapkamers, badkamer en keuken. Veel gebruik gemaakt van zwembad, bbq, tennisveld en jacuzzi. Perfectw week.

Die Villa Ralf ist sehr schön. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Wir würden immer wieder die Villa buchen. Frau Schmidt war sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Viele Grüße aus Deutschland.

Great spacious property for a multi generational family holiday

This is a lovely spacious house with a small annexe. Lots of comfortable lounging space in the shade. Good tennis court and salt water swimming pool situated in a lovely garden.Very well equipped kitchens.

Superbe villa conforme à la description, très propre et très bien équipée ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 13, 7 enfants et 6 adultes, tout le monde était installé très confortablement.

Qu'il s'agisse de faire du sport, de socialiser, de jouer ou de se détendre, chacun peut s'adonner à son activité préférée dans les vastes terrains. I expected more

The overall stay at Villa Ralf was very good, but for the price of this property I was expecting a higher standard. The main house is in good condition, but there were few things that could be improved: - The mattresses were very uncomfortable and seemed of very low quality. - the linen provided (for which we were charged separately) was of very low quality and not in very good condition. - even though the house runs on solar panels, we were charged additional 75EUR for electricity even if we hardly turned on the air conditioning at night. The stay overall was very pleasant and 6 adults and 7 kids could fit comfortably in the property.

Villa Ralf ist echt ein Schmuckstück

Wir waren 3 Familien mit Kinder, alle sehr sportlich :) Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool und auf dem Kinderspielplatz, wir Erwachsene haben den schönen Garten genossen und viel Tennis und Tischtennis gespielt ,sogar spät Abends bei Flutlicht . Die Villa hat genug Platz für 12 Personen , durch die spanische Einrichtung waren wir sofort in Urlaubsstimmung. Das Haus bietet alles was man sich im Urlaub wünschen kann ( Whirpool ,Sauna, große Terrasse , Kinderspielplatz....) Wir kommen wieder ....

Ziemlich abgewohntes Haus

Der Garten und Pool sind gut gepflegt. Das Haus allerdings ist ziemlich abgewohnt. Die Bäder und Schlafzimmer müssten dringend renoviert werden. Die zusätzlich zu zahlenden Stromkosten sind sehr hoch (3stelliger Betrag pro Woche). Auch die Pauschale für Bettwäsche und Reinigung ist unangemessen hoch. Die Belegungssnzahl ist mit 14 Personen angegeben. Vernünftig wohnen können im Haus jedoch nur 10 Personen. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft für den Standard deutlich überteuert.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Die Villa Ralf wurde 2013 komplett renoviert, die Bäder neu gestaltet und die Villa im spanischen Stil neu eingerichtet. Schönheitsreparatuen werden laufend ausgeführt. Die Villa Ralf entspricht genau den Bildern, die im FeWo zu sehen sind. In jedem der sechs Schlafzimmer in der Villa Ralf, zusätzlich im Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer und dem Gästehaus befinden sich Klimaanlagen, es gibt eine Sauna einen Whirlpool, Flutlicht für den Tennisplatz, 2 Spülmaschinen, Waschmaschine, Trockner und zahlreiche weitere Elektrogeräte, die natürlich je nach Nutzung Strom verbrauchen. Im Durchschnitt liegt der Stromverbrauch im Hochsommer in normalen Bereich. Die Belegungszahl ist mit 12-14 Personen angegeben, das Haus hat 6 Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett oder 2 Einzelbetten ,zusätzlich gibt es im Gästehaus ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit einer Schlafcouch für 2 Personen. Auf Wunsch stellen wir weitere Zustellbetten oder Kinderbetten zur Verfügung.Die überdachte Terrasse hat einen grossen Esstisch für 14-16 Personen, Loungemöbel ausreichend, 3 Küchen, 3700 qm Grundstück mit Kinderspielplatz und Tennisplatz, Parkplätze und...und..und...Die Villa mit insgesamt 300 qm Wohnfläche wird nach Auszug von unserer Putzkolonne top gereinigt, in der Endreinigung ist zusätzlich zur Reinigung die Übergabe, Abnahme und Betreuung vor Ort enthalten. Zum Wäschepaket gehören Bettwäsche, 2 Duschtücher, ein Strandlaken mehrere Handtücher und ein Waschlappen. Wir sind stets bemüht unsere Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Liebe Grüsse Julia Bartel

Fantastic week!

There were 14 of us, three families with children from age 7. We had a very comfortable stay at Villa Ralf. We went to the beach and to Terra Mitica, but spent most of the time at the house enjoying the pool, tennis and jacuzzi. A part of the group, including two 16 year old boys, went to Karting Javea to go go kart racing and they just loved it. There are no stores or restaurants within walking distance from the house, but that did not bother us. We just drove to the store and filled the house with everything we needed and went a couple of times into Denia for dinner. About 10 minute drive from the house there is a shopping mall with Carrefour in it with everything you need (Portal de la Marina, Avenida Costa Blanca, Ondara). There is also a Carrefour in Denia, but we found it more convenient to drive to Ondara. Overall, the house is great and we would highly recommend it.
