Repeat visitor

This is the second time we have stayed at this property while visiting our daughter at the University of Tampa. The location is spot on for everything and the neighborhood is very quiet and walkable. The host is very helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back.

Gasparilla Stay

Great location for the parade and festivities with nice accommodations. Property owner was very responsive when we had a small issue with access the last night of our stay.

Hi there! My name is Brannen. Born and raised in sunny Florida, and loving every minute of it.

By day I am a Senior Pharmacy Strategy and Analytics Analyst (my mom still doesn't know what this means), and by night I am a Ninja……shhhhhh. My passion though is real estate if you ever think about moving to Tampa give me a call :)

I enjoy scuba diving and spearfishing in the Keys with my brothers on my off time. You can also find me golfing or paintball with friends over the weekends.
