Location Location Location!!!

Such a lovely spot to stay! The home was just what we needed for our 2 week stay in Tampa. Its well stocked kitchen and comfy beds were great! The bonus was being able to walk to the Hyde Park restaurants, shops and the gorgeous Bay Shore!

As advertised. Easy checkin/checkout. Good place to stay, good location, good management.

The unit is as advertised. Very clean. And, checkin/checkout was easy. Good location. I was there for a couple of weeks Had a few questions initially, and a small WIFI issue. Brannen was very good. He was both quick to respond and fix. He also followed up to check, which I appreciated. Just a good place to stay in a good location, with good management.

Very good location.

Property is walkable to Hyde Park. Area felt safe and was actually quiet. Parking was easy.

Everything about this place was wonderful. Home away from home. The accommodations, location and most importantly my Host. I could not have asked for or chosen a better place than this. Brannen is hands on and does everything he can for his guests. Even the permanent neighbors have nothing but wonderful things to say about him. I definitely will recommend this place to everyone. Loved this town home

We were so happy we chose to stay here for our girlfriend’s getaway in Tampa! Very clean, comfortable furniture, big bedrooms. The area was very quiet at night and as women we felt very safe. The property manager was so accommodating and helpful when we needed to get in a bit early. I’m planning on returning here with my husband for a getaway. Highly recommend

This is the second time we have stayed at this property while visiting our daughter at the University of Tampa. The location is spot on for everything and the neighborhood is very quiet and walkable. The host is very helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back.

Michigan snowbirds

This property was so clean, well cared for kitchen totally updated. Had a tropical vibe to property with a outdoor private patio. It was close to everything within a 10 to 15 minute drive we were able to hit all three beaches with ease great area to do daily walks, and just minutes from Hyde Park Village, nice neighbors and the owner was a great communicator. We are looking at renting this property again next year for another month long stay

Excellent séjour en famille

Le gite est ideal pour 2 familles avec enfants. Beaucoup d'espace. Un exterieur agreable. La cuisine est bien équipée. Depart de randonnee à proximité. Lac de payolle à 10min. Pour skier prevoir 15 20 min ou navette dans le bourg ( 2€) Merci à Beatrice pour notre arrivée et départ.

Sharp newly remodeled condo in an excellent location

The Condo was walking distance to great restaurants, bars and shops. The condo was nicely remodeled, very clean, well-stocked. Bonus having a covered designated parking spot for the car. We have already booked another visit to Tampa and will be staying here! Can't say enough about property manager, great trip!

By day, I am a Senior Pharmacy Strategy and Analytics Analyst (my mom still doesn't know what this means), and by night I am a Ninja……shhhhhh. My passion, though, is real estate. If you ever think about moving to Tampa, give me a call :)

I enjoy scuba diving and spearfishing in the Keys with my brothers on my off time. You can also find me golfing or paintballing with friends over the weekends.
