We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house with its private heated pool and all of its amenities in a quiet neighborhood. The host and property manager were very accessible and responsive to our needs. We’re looking forward to coming back again next year.

The house was well stocked with everything we needed, and we really enjoyed the outside area and the pool. The solar pool heater doesn’t get the pool very warm, but at least it helps some. We had a wonderful stay for 6 weeks and would rent again.

This was a lovely home that our family enjoyed the week of Thanksgiving. Gabriela and Don were so helpful and responsive with all the questions that I had. We will definitely look at staying here again!

From beginning to end our experience was great. The house has everything you need for a great vacation. Our family had a blast using the pool, gameroom and the house with all of its amenities. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful for a relaxing vacation

The rental is just as the description states. The house was very clean and welcoming. My husband, son and I enjoying time relaxing in the pool. Very quite neighborhood with a small park just feet from the home.

As soon as we entered the property, we were welcomed with a delightful aroma of a clean home. We were welcomed with a personal message from the property manager. The house was everything as advertised and more. we were wowed by so much comfort in a smaller property but it made it feel as if we were in a 5,000 sq ft home.

A Slice of Paradise

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely house in a beautiful area. We enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and relaxing in the private surrounding patio. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Our host and property manager were easily accessible when we had questions. We liked it so much we decided to book it again for an extended stay next year.

Best home we've stayed

Beautiful home and in ground pool with all the amenity you will need and lots of extra's. Sebastian state park inlet beach is not far. This is our favorite house we've stayed on VRBO. Our family had a great time and will definitely consider renting this house again next year.

This was a lovely home and perfect for our getaway weekend. So many little extras that we really enjoyed - heated pool, firepit seating, ping pong table, deck chairs, etc. House was stocked well with extra pillows and blankets, pool towels, toiletries and kitchen appliances. The bed was so comfortable! The location was great - quiet neighborhood with a park across the street and close to the beach, grocery store and nature preserves. One weekend was not enough time to explore and enjoy it all.

Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful, very clean and the pool is amazing! The house is supplied nicely for guests. We had everything we needed. We highly recommend this property for a nice getaway or vacation. We hope to return next year.

Great vacation rental

The house was clean and comfortable. The host was great to work with. Would definitely stay again in the warmer months. The pool was too cold to swim in January due to the pool heater is solar and doesn't heat the pool that well.

Sebastian getaway

Gorgeous. Talk about a home away from home, this one covers all the bases. Well appointed and very well maintained. My wife liked it so much she didn't want to leave. Everything you could think of, or need was there. Beautiful grounds and a very beautiful pool area. Would stay again if I find my way back to Florida.

Clean and comfortable

We were in town for a baseball tournament and the house worked perfectly for two families. Two tv areas and the game area gave everyone enough room to spread out. Well stocked house made it easy to cook meals. communication with the owner was quick and easy. We would definitely stay again.

Warm Pool & Hot Tub

Maintained well, very clean, nice heated pool with waterfall, very good fenced yard, gas grill, jetted tub in the Masterbath, well equipped kitchen and everything you need. Very quiet neighborhood. Had a very nice time.

Spring Break Baseball Trip

The host, Gabriela, was so welcoming. The house was just as indicated in pictures and virtually all sundry items such as paper products, shower supplies, and washing detergent were provided. The neighborhood was extremely quiet which made for restful nights. We loved the pool and eating breakfast out on the covered deck. Highly recommend.
