10☆'S ABSOLUTELY

House had been completely remodeled and owners put a lot of thought plus details into it!! House has everything you need plus more! Pots & pans were absolutely the best I've ever seen in a rental! Owners spared no expense on appliances and furnishings. House was very clean with plenty of towels. Jerry Don was there to answer any questions and help if needed! Located close to everything you need! Check in/Checkout was easy. A friend of mine who stayed with us is a real estate agent back home and she said, " that's the best remodeling she's seen in a long time!!" I would definitely recommend this home and if it's available next year and we make the trip I'll definitely be choosing this rental!! Thank you for your kindness and a wonderful stay!!

Great and close to Expo Square

Great host. Easy check in. Close to Expo Square. Great if you are attending a horse show. Plenty of room to park a truck.

Fantastic place and location!

The house was up to date. A great location, nice with places to park 3 vehicles if necessary without blocking each other in! The bathroom space for each bedroom is amazing. Can run multiple showers at the same time without running out of hot water. We enjoyed this place a lot.

Well Appointed and Roomy!

Our stay was great! The host even left towels out to clean our motorcycles—this was very thoughtful and unexpected. One bath was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival, but the host arranged for cleaning on day two of our stay. Following the re-cleaning, we still had to clean a mold spot from shower curtain—as not to stir our allergies. Also, the same bath had no vent; so steam from shower set off smoke alarm in adjacent bedroom. Subsequent nights we opened window to air out bath to avert previous incident. Most importantly, the interior was well appointed and the property centrally located to retail, restaurants, and entertainment. As for exterior, the property is neat, secure, and organized; though there is a hole forming on side of back roof access above one of the guest rooms. We definitely plan to rebook for next year and possibly explore one of the host other properties. Thanks for everything!

Just what we needed!

We were in town for the Bassmaster Classic and needed a large driveway for our son's boat, but were really surprised to find a completely renovated home on the inside that was just like brand new! Everything was perfect and TerryDon was completely accessible and very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

A wonderful and comfortable home!

We were looking for a space where we could stay to attend our son’s college graduation and celebrate his achievements. This home was just right! We had rooms for all our guests, a location close to everything we needed, and an environment that inspired comfort. The owners created the space with such an attention to detail that there was nothing we needed that couldn’t be found. We were able to host a small graduation party - it truly felt like it was our home. These owners are wonderful to work with and very helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone who needs a place to stay in Tulsa and values a comfortable, clean and well designed environment.

Beautiful Home!

Our recent stay at this beautiful home was absolutely delightful! The house itself was stunning and exceeded all our expectations. Every corner was thoughtfully decorated, creating an inviting and cozy atmosphere. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the home, from the well-equipped kitchen to the luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms. The owners were incredibly attentive, ensuring that every need was met during our stay. Fun Tulsa Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the house set up was perfect! Each bedroom having their own bathroom was ideal. The little extras, such as, coffee and toiletries was greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay there again.

Well equipped

This recently remolded property is clean and well equipped. Everything you need for a kitchen is there. Driveway is big enough for trucks and it is very close to the Expo. The owners are responsive. House has plenty of TVs. Neighborhood is safe and walkable

AKC Event Gold!!

This house has been so well remodeled & was perfect for our needs. We had 4 women & each had their own bedroom space (one of us used the futon bed in the back room area) and plenty of bathroom space. Really well appointed with supplies & comfortable furniture! So close to the Expo center and the street quite literally ends at the entrance we needed daily. John & Terry are quick to return messages/calls and we hope to stay at one of the Driller properties for our next Tulsa event!

Awesome house and location

This was the perfect house for us to stay in while we were in Tulsa for a week during the Chili Bowl. Although we were at the Expo Center during the day everyday, the house was in a perfect location and just awesome. Everything was clean, and it was so nice. Loved having connecting bathrooms to each room so we didn’t have to share! Would definitely recommend this house, and we would love to stay here next year too!

Spacious and big inside

We stayed at this property over thanksgiving. The house looks cute and small on the outside but is very spacious in the inside. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The place was very clean and inviting decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, they even have a mixer, crockpot and pizza pan. A very lovely space. The owner is very nice and responsive if you’d need something. Definitely would stay here again.

PERFECT RENTAL!

Terry Don was a fantastic host. The property is perfect—we had a “3 sibling reunion” in Tulsa and enjoy every minute in the house. The location is phenomenal. Grocery stores and restaurants very convenient. And, an additional plus, super close to the lovely Utica Square area of Tulsa. I could not recommend this property or host more.

As business partners we have enjoyed a mutual interest in Real Estate, general contracting, and property management, where we have excelled in customer service. We have been blessed to have been able to raise children and grandchildren in the Tulsa area. Tulsa is home to both our families. We work hard, enjoy life, and laugh a lot!
