This is a great place to stay! It is right by the crossing into Canada and about 2 miles from Campbello. Patrick was very responsive with my questions and the place is very clean. It is in a great location and you can walk to restaurants.

We had an excellent time. Eastern Beacon Inn was awesome. Very clean. Loved the woodwork. Can’t recommend highly enough. Great place to stay while discovering the wonderful town of Lubec.

This was my second stay at this B&B. It was only a brief stop-over while passing through the area, but it would be a great place to stay if visiting this quaint location in Maine. Convenient parking, great communication by the host and the room was clean and comfortable.Thank you!

The pictures dont do it justice even, this place is a wonderful log cabin basically on the coast. Its very nice and clean in there, and our host was also very kind and attentive. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Our room and bath were spotless, and the linen and mattress on our bed was outstanding.! Very quiet and comfortable! Could not beat location Patrick the host was helpful and accommodating. Definitely on our list to return when we are in area!

The room was exactly as described, and was meticulously clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and the contactless check-in and check-out and all communications with the owner were great. They even upgraded my room to an ocean view at no charge.

We only stayed on night but the room was fine with a comfortable bed. It’s located right in town and Lubec is a charming little town.

Charming Inn

It was a very quick trip, but we enjoyed our time there. I wish we could have stayed longer. The room is perfect and the town is lovely.

I give this place high marks for location, comfort, and cleanliness. We would stay at Eastern Beacon again. Patrick, the Inn Keeper, laid out an array of breakfast goodies and hot coffee every morning for us early risers. Self-checkin went smoothly and Patrick, without being obtrusive, was a quiet, welcoming presence.
The weekly, celtic jam happening at the Lubec Brewey, a couple doors down from the Inn.
We hiked a few of the well maintained trails available just a short drive from the Inn. This one ran along the beaches and headlands between Racoon Beach and Liberty Point, Roosevelt-Campobello International Park.

Eastern Beacon Room 3

The room was comfortable and clean. There were grab and go breakfast options available and coffee was ready for us. This was a great location for us to stay when visiting Quoddy State Park.

Great place to stay in Lubec! Patrick made it very clear how to get into the room, where to park, etc. Super easy to walk around Lubec from Eastern Beacon Inn. Have to visit Roosevel5 Campobello Park and Island!

Room was comfortable and clean. Met and talked with the Host and he was very personable and helpful. Check in and out was effortless. Great location for access to Canadian/American port of entry.

Easy, contactless check in. Room was beautiful and clean. Continental/self serve breakfast in foyer with coffee, water and juice available. I would recommend this property highly.

Wonderful three-night stay at this very nice property. Great location along Lubec’s Water Street, making everything in town within easy walking distance. The room was immaculately clean and had all the comforts I needed. Everything is self-serve, including a modest but adequate continental breakfast each morning, set up in the entrance foyer. Patrick is a terrific host who went out of his way to ensure a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for a stay in Lubec.
