Hi Robyn, thank you for your review. -We only supply enough towels for guests staying (8). -Thank you for letting me know about lack of hanging space , nobody has honestly mentioned that in the 3 years we've owned this space. (that bothers me at hotels!) -outside is covered in trees and there is a LOT of wood. There is no way we can constantly keep it perfect. We got the space pressure washed two years ago. It gets covered in the elements VERY quickly outside due to the space. Definitely not from the lack of effort. -If you look at the pictures on here you can see the extra space above the garage does not have a bathroom. I also have this rental listed as a cabin feel. -Staying at an Airbnb you only get so much paper products. Once gone, you have to supply your own. -Thank you for telling me about the fridge and the dispensers. At the end of the day, most of these are issues I feel you could have reached out to me about for me to address vs not telling me at all and writing them in a review. I can fix about everything on your review other than pressure washing the deck. That happens every few years. In the future when you stay at an Airbnb, let the hosts know of your thoughts and issues or ask for more towels or TP. Communicate. Vs just not saying anything at all and then leaving a bad review like this. These are our livelihood and you're damaging it. Giving us a chance to make it right before bashing the space would have been the right thing to do.

To future guests that read this review... -It is a washable shower curtain. I spoke with my cleaner about making sure she keeps an eye on this in the future. It was washed immediately when you made me aware it had mildew. -I have a family of 6. I am the only person who uses a wash cloth daily. Out of all our vacation rentals and the placement of linens in bathrooms, I have never had anyone mention the need for so many wash cloths over the course of a weekend stay. I don't see why the same wash cloth couldn't be used for both days for the same person? A new one has to be used each day? I would suggest traveling with your own wash cloths if you stay at airbnb's int he future as this is not standard practice. This is what I would consider "a personal preference" Of course had you mentioned this need or questioned before your arrival, we could've most definitely made sure you had enough to suit your needs! -We have been booked solid and have not had the time to deep clean dust on hanging light fixtures and fans. It was on our list to do just was waiting for the opportunity. (I did also mention this to you when you messaged me) The house itself was not dirty, just dusty.
