Beautiful Delavan lakefront home. Large enough for your Family, Friends and Pets. Sleeps up to 12. Offering a quiet space for relaxation. There are plenty of places to enjoy including a family room/TV room, comfortable four season, lounging areas and office. Whether you are cozied up by the fireplace or enjoying the Lake views. This is your home away from home it Includes everything you need: linens, washing machine and dryer, full kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, can opener, wine opener/wine cooler.

Enjoy this perfect getaway in any season with fishing, boating, and swimming in the summer, ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. There are many nearby bars, restaurants, golf courses, ski hill in the winter, and just ten miles from Lake Geneva.

Great house and plenty of good space for a large group. Very private property and had an excellent time enjoying the views and the water.If you are getting in the lake I would suggest some water shoes, there were some sharp rocks.Overall, very happy with our stay!

Perfect for our Family Reunion

This historic home was the perfect location on the lake for our family reunion, with plenty of space both inside and out. The large yard and pier were perfect for hanging out and lake-front fun.

Great Lake house for a group

We had a wonderful time here. The house is very big and worked perfectly for our group golf trip. Host is great! Propane ran out for the grill and she brought a new tank over very quickly which was above and beyond!

Beautiful and historic lake property

Great historic property on Lake Delevan. Very spacious with still a cozy feel. Most amenities provided. Great memories made!

Good lake option

This was the second year our family has rented the property and we hope to be back next year. The large dining room allows everyone to sit down together for nice dinnners.

Our group of 12 loved the house. Great location right on the lake and big spaces we all could gather. Great communication from our host and the whole family would highly recommend the house. Only item others mentioned is no curtains in most rooms but an eye mask allowed a later sleep. Come visit Delavan!

Family Thanksgiving

Delavan lake family holiday

We had a great stay at this beautiful lake house despite some summer storms. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay and we really enjoyed the property - very comfortable for our family of 9. Highly recommended.

Stay on lake delavan

The home and location were as described….arrival check in was great….every amenity imaginable was available in the home.The views of the lake were terrific ….only item lacking was blinds on the bedroom windows…master had them others were shears or nothing….so we rose early with the sunrise!We would book this house again if we are looking in the area….thank you to the host

We had a great time and the hosts were lovely. I forgot an item and they sent it to me right away. Very nice house on a great property.

Historic Lake House

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at this charming and spacious lake home where we celebrated a family anniversary and birthday! All the rooms were tastefully decorated and many had wonderful lake views. The large deck and pier needed some work/paint and outdoor furniture was minimal however the lake views were great. We rented a pontoon boat so we also got to tour Delavan Lake.

Family get away

The property and home are lovely. We had an AC issue, and the property manager had someone out right away. The large dining room table is great for meals. My only 'wish' was that the bushes are so overgrown that you can't see the lake from the deck. The grass needed mowing and weedwacking as well.We enjoyed the paddleboards and kayaks that were at the home. We would consider returning here for sure.

Perfect lake house

The house was everything my family and I could have asked for. Big enough for all 8 of us, with room to spare, and yet it felt very homey. It was also very clean and had all the amenities one might want. Communication was quick and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Quality

In a word - Quality!! From the condition we found the home upon entering for the first time, to the amenities including towels, paper towels, extra sheets, toilet paper; you name it and they provided it!!! And finally the service before our stay, during and after; the during was most appreciated! We are already planning our next year's getaway to stay at this property!

Great family getaway

We had 7 adults and 2 toddlers here for an extended weekend and had a great time. Plenty of sleeping space, bathrooms, and common space. It was fully outfitted - sheets, towels, pillows, kitchen accessories, lake toys, etc. Plenty of outdoor space to let kids roam. It was extremely clean inside and out. Only reason for 4/5 stars is that the back patio and the dock/dock area need improvements and repairs. Kitchen is a bit smaller than the pictures make it look. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Summer vacation

This is an 1856 house so expect what comes with an older home. We had issues with plumbing not resolved during our stay. Bedroom layout a bit unusual. Kitchen well appointed.

Wonderful property and house that feels like home

We had an annual family get together at this property and were very pleased. It is a beautiful, very old home that has been updated and maintained well over the years. It is very private with a large property and a pier which was helpful to keep our boat tied to. One note is that 2 of the bedrooms are only accessible through 2 other bedrooms. This was not a problem for us but worth knowing if you are considering the property. The host was a good communicator and made efforts to accommodate our older parents which was greatly appreciated.

The Host is AMAAAAZING !!!

The host was very accommodating. My group had several changes including canceling and wanting to rebook. I contacted the host and she worked with me to get the house for the dates I needed. I had issues with the VRBO site and reached out to the host, she was extremely helpful and she too tried contacting the VRBO to assist me with my request. I recommend anything associated with this host you reserve. Thank you Yareny for all you help and support. The team was extremely satisfied with their stay.

So many lake views

This beautiful home was the perfect spot for my family to gather to celebrate Thanksgiving. We had fantastic weather to easily explore the local area and get in a few good hikes during daylight hours. We spent evenings preparing fantastic concoctions in the spacious, well equipped kitchen and playing games at one of several tables. The house is spacious and can easily accommodate groups with plenty of room for privacy. One caution: the second floor (bedrooms and bathroom s) are not well heated. Sleeping was fine for us but morning showers were a challenge. In winter, this could be problematic. The host welcomed us is style and the house was decorated with seasonal items scattered throughout. We so appreciated the collection of furniture and art well suited to this period home.

It’s a big, old charming house… but temper your expectations for the price you pay. The good: the inside is beautiful. We loved how much space there was for everyone (9 adults), especially in the big living room. The bad: The outside is neglected. There are broken tables and chairs, weeds taking over the dock area, and seemingly no care for the guests to have a place to sit and gather. We also arrived to dog poop on the front porch and broken amenities (fire pit and paddle boards). The plugs are gone on the paddle boards, so they fill with water and start sinking. It’s a shame they don’t put effort into the exterior. We also had to call at 4pm for our check-in instructions.We reached out to the property manager after our stay to keep this feedback private. They did not respond.

Perfect for a family group

Our family group (7 adults, 5 kids, 2 dogs) stayed for three nights at this beautiful lakefront home and wish we'd booked for longer. There was plenty of room for everyone and everything we needed was provided. Bedrooms are all upstairs, but the stairs are not bad. The side bedroom felt like we were living in a luxury treehouse with a gorgeous lake view! Yareny, the property manager, responded to anything we needed quickly and graciously. So many really cool things about this place. Here's a few: the provided kayaks and paddle boards and life vests, the comfortable deck with fire pit, bright enclosed porch, lots of seating in living room and dining room, fireplace, so many windows, lots of fun stuff like a record player and eclectic vinyl collection, cheery kitchen with everything you need including a few bottles of wine : ) One thing - the rocks in the water by the pier are a bit sharp and hard to walk on, so bring some water shoes if you're planning to walk in the water there. Everyone wants to go back!
