The home is very nice. Easy to get to bus to town and lifts. Kitchen was well stocked and the communications with the property manager was solid. Overall it is a great spot for a large family.

This was by far one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! The amenities were perfect, everything we needed was there which made it so easy since we didn’t rent a car. The house was truly gorgeous and absolutely perfect!

Great location

Quiet neighborhood in a great location. Fantastic communication from the property manager and check and checkout process was a breeze. Would def recommend !

This is the second time my family has rented this house for a ski/snowboarding trip. The house is awesome for my family of 6 adults and 4 kids ages 8-5. Having an upstairs and downstairs each with a living room and kitchen makes it perfect for my crew. It is well appointed with everything one needs for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. It is conveniently located near the bus stop that takes one to the base mountain or downtown Park City and Deer Valley. I highly recommend it. The host Mary is wonderful. We will definitely rent this house again when we are back in the area. Don S.

Park City Getaway

Our Family really enjoyed our stay! We had all of the true comforts of home in this winter wonderland. Would like to revisit in the Spring and Summer months as well.

Great location & perfect for 2 families

Perfect location between PArk City & the Canyons, close to Deer Valley & Downtown PC too. Great amenities- loved parking in the garage & having a yard for kids to play in the snow. Communication with owner was incredibly prompt & helpful!

Wonderful home in Park City

We had a wonderful time in Park City. The house was in a great location with easy access to the slopes and shopping. The house had all the conveniences of home. Mary was a wonderful host and the communication was great. We will definitely stay here again if we come back!!

Ski trip

We stayed at the house for a ski trip.We would highly recommended the house for anyone looking for a rental.The house was very clean, communication with the owner was excellent, big family room with comfortable furniture for watching movies after a long day of skiiing.

House was clean, nice and fully stocked. Great access to shuttle and easy access to mountain. Would rent it again!

Prefect location

This is the 2nd time our family stayed at this house. Met all our needs last year so glad it was available again. The house layout made it very comfortable for 2 families giving everyone the space to relax. Five minutes to the slopes yet in a very quiet neighborhood.

Sundance Stay 2023

Clean, spacious property with all necessary amenities. Great for a group coming into town for Sundance or skiing. A bit far out, so you need a car or reliable transportation, but overall great place to stay if coming to Park City.

No problems

Photos represented the property accurately. Was super clean and newly renovated. Had everything we needed. They attended to minor issues super quickly while we were there. Would stay again!

Winter Divas

The home is beautiful. It was easy access to the bus routes. We didn’t have a car yet were able to easily and quickly access ski lifts, downtown, grocery stores etc. The owner and property managers were both helpful and responsive. We had a great ladies trip!

Great Spring Break

This house was perfect for two families of four for a week of skiing. Our young teens loved having their own living area downstairs, and there was also plenty of room for everyone to visit upstairs as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, so we ended up cooking and eating in most nights. The house is in a quiet residential area, but it's a quick drive to the slopes and parking was easy with Park City's reservation system. The owner was great with communication as well.

A perfect 2022 Christmas!

Our experience at this property was amazing!! The house is situated on a quiet cul de sac with an easy walk to the bus line. It is also a short drive to the ski resorts. We spent our stay over the Christmas holiday and the property manager was so accommodating to even put up a tree for us. The house was very clean and beautiful with all amenities provided. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you may need. The host and property manager were extremely easy to work with. This is a great place to stay while visiting Park City!

Great property for adult famil of 7. Close to Park City and Canyons. About 1.5 drive to PCMR 1st time parking lot. Owner did phenomenal job communicating before and during rental. Made a comment 2nd day in we were struggling with an old can opener and boom next day new one shows up on porch. Very happy with stay and amenities.

Ski Trip

We had a wonderful stay in this home. It was perfect for our two families totaling 9 people. The space was great, all the things we needed besides our meals was there and available- kitchen soap, paper towels, laundry soap, etc was available. I’ve been to other rentals with the basic starter items only so was pleasantly surprised. Felt like we were visiting a home perfectly lived in. The neighborhood was beautiful, even seeing deer wandering the streets. Owners were great to communicate with and checked in to make sure we had all we needed. Would 100% stay here again. Thank you so much!
