Fairview Cottage, Steps from Mother's Beach in Kennebunk

The cottage is just steps from the beach, golf course and a short distance to restaurants and shops. Fairview cottage is located off of Beach Ave., and is approximately 200 yards from Mothers Beach, KBIA and the Webhannet golf course. The home has been professionally decorated with three bedrooms, one bath, living room, kitchen, flat screen TV’s, sonos sound system.

The three bedroom house sleeps 6: master bedroom has a King bed, addditional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and one with twin beds. There is also a washer/dryer, dishwasher, outdoor grill, flat screens tv and high speed wireless internet throughout.

Parking passes for Kennebunk beach are also provided as well beach chairs and a wagon to bring your stuff to the beach.

Beautiful cottage a short walk to the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at Fairview Cottage! Nicole was very communicative and helpful. We were very pleased with the whole stay. Cozy, clean house with plenty of space for our family and we enjoyed walking the beach every day. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for three longtime friends to stay

Three college friends, who met 40 years ago had a great weekend at Fairview cottage! We enjoyed the proximity to beaches, and the great area to walk. The three bedrooms had very comfortable beds which we enjoyed! It was a great visit and hope to return!

Fantastic cottage close to Mothers Beach

The Fairview was terrific for our October family stay. Updated and comfortable with nice touches throughout. A wonderful spot for a couple or small group!

Kennebunk Beach Getaway

During our month in Maine, my husband and I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Fairview Cottage. The location was fantastic . . . a quick walk to the beach and short drive to restaurants and shopping. The cottage was well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely book again.

Clean, Cozy Cottage

Great rental property near the Kennebunk beaches. Very clean and cozy. The property had everything we needed and the location was great. Only 5 mins to Kennebunkport and a short walk to the beach.

Clean and Cozy Cottage near the Beach

We enjoyed our long weekend at this property in Kennebunk. The cottage was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The location is a short (2 block) walk from the beach and a 5 minute drive (or 2 mile walk) from the village center which has numerous shops and restaurants.

Delight in Kennebunk!!

The location was fabulous! The house was decorated VERY tasteful and everything was impeccable- down to the towels and bedding. I would definitely consider renting again!

Mother’s Day getaway

Spent the weekend with both of my adult daughters. The cottage is cute and very comfortable. I loved being able to walk to the beach. The location is very quiet and close to dining and shopping.

Wonderful weekend getaway!

This home is perfectly situated, with everything you need for a relaxing weekend. It is sparkling clean, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is perfect whether you’re cooking, bringing in, or just passing through! Mother’s Beach is just steps away, and Gooch’s is less than a mile down the road. A terrific home that we look forward to visiting again soon!

Enchanting visit

The cottage was adorable! A short walk to the ocean and minutes from downtown Kennebunkport. We’ll be back! The owners also have a store in town with their beautiful artwork !!

Just right

We came to town for the Christmas Prelude. It was myself, my wife, our 4 kids and our 3 year old lab. The place was very clean and had enough space for all of us with no problem. It is a very short drive to town and we had no problem getting parking throughout all the events. The only hurdle was the bathroom sliding door does not have a lock which lead to a few interesting moments! We will be staying again next time!

Wonderful gem in Kennebunk Beach

This was our second stay at Fairview Cottage. Lovely, clean, and beautifully appointed home. Location (short walk from Mother’s Beach) can’t be beat. Lots of helpful information at the house in a handy binder, and Tim and Wendy are incredibly helpful with any questions that might arise.

Perfect cottage stay!

We had a perfect 3 night stay at Tim and Wendy's cottage. Super clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of space for the three of us. Great communication on check in etc. They also gave us a nice welcome gift! One of the best VRBO stays we have had. Thank you both for your hospitality! When we are ready to buy some artwork we will be in touch. We loved all the prints.

Wonderful experience and perfect location

We absolutely loved the Fairview cottage. It was like staying in a well designed hotel. The washer and dryer was so convenient. The house was spotless and everything we needed was there. The location could not have been more perfect, just a few steps to Mother's Beach, a bike ride to the deli and to downtown. The owners were so responsive and very easy to work with. We will definitely be back.

Neighborhood bungalow

Arriving at this property was an absolute joy. Directions were spot on and instructions were all lined out. The house itself is cozy for 4 adults, well stocked kitchen, super comfy beds, and a fabulous location to get out and walk the beaches and gawk at beautiful estates. The neighbors all were delightful and informative!! I would highly recommend staying at this location!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. My only recommendation would be to replace the set of bunks, they were very uncomfortable and squeaky. Everything else was perfect in every way! Thank you
