Would go again!

Very clean and modern. Great host to work with. We had plenty of room for our family of 6. A close drive to multiple beaches.

Beautiful property!!!!

Ken is an amazing host!!! He checked in periodically with me before and after arrival to make sure all was well. The home is clean and beautiful! The pictures are completely accurate. Ken's suggestions for activities/dining were great! I throughly enjoyed my birthday stay and would definitely stay again!!!

Great stay!

The property was very well kept and clean. We were a family of 5 and were very comfortable. We especially appreciated the outdoor equipment, such as the chairs and umbrellas, plenty for all of us to use. The home is very close to Gracebay, the main shopping strip in Providenciales, and other beaches. We rented the owner’s van and we’re able to visit quite a few beaches in the vicinity. Our stay was a little under a week, but very pleasurable thanks to having this Hopewell villa as our base. Thank you, Ken and Norman for the hospitality! Hope to come down for a new trip soon!

Excellence in Grace Bay

My family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids ages 8 - 16) had a great stay @ Ken's place in Grace Bay. The neighborhood is very nice and a short walk or drive to Grace Bay beaches and restaurants. The property was clean and well appointed, and Ken provided a very comprehensive guidebook for the island. It's clear they care about making their guests feel welcome & want them to have a great time. We especially enjoyed the plunge pool, private grounds, and covered deck. The outdoor shower was great for our return trips to the beach. The air conditioners worked well and kept us very comfortable. Some of our favorite spots on the island were Coco Bistro and Coco Van, Taylor Bay beach (beautiful and secluded), Omars Beach Hut, & Bay Bistro (beachfront dining) in Grace Bay. We had coffees most mornings from Lemon 2 Go or Beans & Leaves. And we had a great kayak trip with Turks Adventures and a charter boat w/ Okeanos.

Turk & Caicos Vacation

We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Turks and Caicos. The house was about a mile walk from town and the beach. We rented a jeep was great because then we could explore the island and go to different beach each day. It also allowed us to visit different restaurants on the island. The was stocked with plenty kitchen utensils, towels and bedding. There were a couple beach chairs, snorkel and fin sets and beach umbrellas. The pool was good for cooling off. The outdoor space was great for lounging and hanging out. When we had a gate issue, they were very responsive to getting it fixed.

Beautiful, private villa—excellent location.

This was our second time staying at the Hopewell Villas. We absolutely loved the privacy of this unit…secured with an electronic gate and surrounded with beautiful plants and flowers. We had coffee outside every morning to watch the sun rise by the pool, went for runs to exercise in what feels like a residential neighborhood, and took advantage of the villa’s close proximity to the island beaches and restaurants. It’s right around the corner from Cocovan which we frequented many evenings before going into town for the nightlife. The inside of the villa is incredibly clean and beautifully and simply decorated. Having two bathrooms was very convenient and the indoor washer and dryer are game changers in general and for light packers. Both times we stayed for 10 nights and enjoyed every minute. We will be back!!

RUN do not walk to Hopewell Villa

Just returned from the first trip to Turks and all I can say is if you’re considering this gorgeous island, Hopwell Villa is a must! The house is clean, comfortable and the property is so nice! The pool area was perfect and the location to Grace Bay and the beaches was ideal. The owners are THE best! Always attentive and so communicative…concerned for our well being and happiness. They went above and beyond with suggestions for things to do and helped make some requests come to fruition! Poolside massages with Georgette and our private dinner with Chef Derek and our butter Anthony were divine. Ken is a wonderful human and host!! You will not regret booking with him and leave Turks like you made new friends!!

Great stay!

The house is provisioned with everything imaginable! Owners have gone to great lengths to consider everything for a wonderful vacation: beach chairs, mask and snorkel, full kitchen with lots of pans, and tools to cook, containers to store food, blue tooth speaker, towels galore, soaps, drier sheets, instructions for eating out and fun things to do, etc. Very good home layout with 2 bedrooms/baths, washer dryer. I wasn't aware that greater than 2 people require an additional charge. When we last-minute added one, I didn't know to alert the owner. But he was most gracious and kind in letting me know. We visited February 2024 with mid 70s temps so the unheated pool was of no use to us. I was disappointed with that, but the outdoor space is exceptional and we enjoyed the cabana area quite a bit. I recommend this property and the attentive owners who were a delight to work with.

Feels like home

We stayed at Hopewell Villa for 6 weeks with our 2 small dogs and everything was wonderful from the warm greeting from Norman to the well stocked house which is nestled into a quiet neighborhood. It was just what we needed and the hosts did such a nice job making it welcoming. Would recommend particularly for a longer stay.

Perfection

This villa is well beyond the advertisements. The location is nestled in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach. Accommodations are excellent. Pool, beach chairs, scuba gear, grill etc etc. We lacked nothing! If fact the villa was like being at home. We’re home bodies and so we visited the beach, a few restaurants but for the most part we stayed at home grilling and chilling by the pool. I can’t say enough about our most excellent hosts. They made us feel at home and then left us on our own. Norm & Nat welcomed us & showed us around the property. Kenoris checked on us by way of text. And they were both no more than a call away, if fact a cell phone was provided in case of emergency. But they were never intrusive. We highly recommend this place. And look forward to our return.

Can't say enough about the entire experience from booking to departure. Flawless - communication, accommodations, directions, check in - really was great. Lovely little getaway

Our stay at this getaway was so relaxing and comfortable. The place was super clean and they’ve thought of everything to make your stay easy and seamless. It’s a little trek to the shops and beach but it’s not too bad once you know the route and plus it’s good exercise. It was so nice to have our own private pool and outdoor area to grill and to cook in the kitchen. Norman really took care of us, we now know we need to schedule a rental car in advance and/or a taxi before going to the airport. Thanks Norman!!! We’re not leaving next time!

What a great house!

We loved this property and our hosts. They were responsive to our needs and they didn’t skimp on having the basics around (like a little sugar, some coffee filters). Beautiful clean modern house. Comfortable beds and nice sheets and towels! Tucked in a neighborhood behind coco bistro. An easy drive down to a number of beaches. a nice walk into town or beaches. The pool made it for us! We could relax there at the end of the day. We will go back.

Perfection

Truly one of the greatest house rental experiences ever. Katherine was amazingly detailed in her communication. Nothing left to chance. The house was incredibly well appointed, and genuinely felt like we the first renters ever. There was absolutely nothing missing and the condition of all appliances, cookware, beach gear (umbrellas, amazing chairs!, and floating devices) was like brand new. The location is perfect. Walks to the beach and into town were our daily routine. Amazing shops and world class restaurants all within easy walking distance. I would not hesitate for one second to recommend this villa or anything else managed and offered by Katherine.

Christmas Holiday at Turks

Our family’s first trip since COVID was a holiday to Turks & Caicos over Christmas 2022. We went for our 25th anniversary as well. We did not plan on the worst weather in recent history and our trip ended being delayed by 1 day. But during this uncertain time the host, Katherine, was absolutely amazing. I stayed in contact with her and she went above and beyond to help us out with possible flight options and then rearranged some accommodations to make room for us and others whose travel plans were disrupted. This was truly the nicest anybody could have done during this very stressful time and I am truly grateful for her for this. When we finally got to the property we were not disappointed. The home was very inviting. It was cozy, bright and felt like home immediately. The property easily accommodated 5 adults. Norman welcomed us with fruit punch and oriented us to the house and island. The pool area was our home for the majority of days and it was so awesome just to slip on your bathing suit and walk 10 steps to the pool and lay in the sun. The pool gets a lot of great sun and there is also a shelter when you just want to be outside and not tan. We were able to get to the beach and stores in a quick 3-4 minute drive and you could walk if you really wanted to. All amenities in the house were in great shape and we had no issues with anything. Katherine had stayed in touch with us prior to arriving and we had information on tours and eateries, all thanks to her. She also had suggested a great cab driver who got us to and from the airport so we didn’t have to worry about that detail of the trip. The area was safe and quiet and private. Close to golf course and beach - just what we wanted. I would highly recommend this property if you decide to go to Turks & Caicos!! Linda Raw

Very nice

Kathryn, the property manager, is absolutely wonderful to work with. The property was mostly as advertised, with a few minor exceptions. 3 beach chairs, not 4, and only one suitable as a relax-in-the-sand chair. Check-in by the owner (Norman) left a bit to be desired. We weren’t shown the outdoor shower, didn’t get the rum drink referenced in the brochure, and several things not working. No batteries in the AC remote, fridge needed new water filter, TV didn’t work, at least 4 lightbulbs missing, and one of the bedroom blinds were not properly installed and fell right down first time we tried to use it. We checked in on Friday, were told all would be addressed by Monday. Lightbulbs, water filter never addressed. Everything else was later, with the AC remote and TV not being fixed till Thursday. None of these minor inconveniences ruined our stay, and we would still highly recommend this lovely villa. These are just items we are calling out constructively, to help the owner do better in the future.

Great House in Grace Bay

Loved our stay at the villa. It was nicely located in Grace Bay. A little bit of a walk from the main road but not an issue for us. The space suited our family well. We had a few minor things we needed assistance with but Katherine and her team were very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay at Hopewell Villa

Our family of four spent a wonderful week here. Communication with Katherine and Josey was great, although once there we really did not need much as I felt very prepared and the notebook full of information is super helpful. The villa is very clean, well stocked, has good storage and is comfortable. The kitchen has all you need, including some foil and bags (perhaps left from another stay) spices, dish soap etc. The beds are really comfortable and the bedrooms well appointed. The one item I wish I had brought was as a small cooler to take drinks or a few snacks to the beach. There is a cooler at the house but it is large and best if you want to have room for a day out. While the villas is not far off the beaten path I would not want to stay there without a car. With a car is a quick 4-5 minutes to Grace Bay beach. We found that beach access right after the casino was best as there is a public lot you can park in and if you walk to the right there is a break in resorts where you feel you are separated. The pool at the villa is small (just 4 feet deep) but great for dipping and has plenty of seating covered and not around it. All in all a really wonderful spot that I highly recommend.
