Our host was delightful, the animals on the property a bonus for us, beautiful landscape to wander, all the property very tidy. Would definitely come back!

This is a beautiful little studio apartment. The main attraction is the "great room," which has a large, comfortable bed, two chairs that extend out into single sleepers, end tables with lamps for the bed and the chairs, and a table with 4 chairs for dining or whatever. The bathroom and kitchen are very small but very usable. There is a microwave and a stove/oven, and the refrigerator is full size. There are plenty pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, etc. The views of the farm from the windows are lovely. There are several alpacas, a few horses, and whatever Don is growing on his 250 acres (corn when we were there). Don, the host, is friendly and accomodating. There is one covered spot for parking, right next to the entrance to the apartment; additional vehicles can park on the lawn. Outlets, WiFi, and A/C worked perfectly. We did not try the TV or the pool, but I'm assuming that, like everything else, they were in good working order. We would definitely rent this again!!

The space was very clean and easily accessible. The house owner Don was very polite and showed us around the property. Got to meet the horses and the alpacas. The property was in a beautiful area.

This is a heavenly place, you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. The host is also fabulous! We spent our days in the pool and nights by the fire!! Highly recommend

A Country Get-Away

Nice quiet place in a country setting. The unit was clean, updated and comfortable. If I'm ever back in the Sodus Bay area, I would stay there again.

Amazing experience We were greeted by our amazing host, Don. Given a tour of the property and animals. The place was spacious and extremely clean. We would highly recommend his place, and look forward to staying again.

Like A Postcard

I can't recommend this place enough. Don is such a sweet man and welcomed me and my children who I came to New York to visit. The setting is picture perfect. So quiet and restful. The barn, horses, alpacas, everything is straight out of a postcard. I will most definitely return.

An excellent experience

Our stay was amazing. From the moment my group arrived we were stunned by the property. It’s located on a beautiful farm with plenty of space for walks, alpacas, and horses. The patio and pool were the perfect place for outdoor hangs and the inside was a great place to relax after a great day. The owner of the property was very helpful and friendly. It was an excellent experience

Animal lovers

Don was a gracious host. We had a group of 2 teenagers and 2 adults. The property was beautiful. Don allowed us to pet and feed the alpacas and love on the horses while he explained all their stories of how he got them. He rescues almost all of his animals on the farm. He is easily available if you need anything! Highly recommended and plan on staying there again.

The property is very beautiful. In July, the surrounding landscape included acres of lush cornfields and there was a gorgeous tree in the front yard full of orange berries which I think was a mountain ash. Of course, the cute alpacas were fun to watch in the pastures and they came closer when they saw us watching them The apartment, which is the second floor of the house, was immaculately clean and comfortable. Although it was hot outside, the air conditioner kept us nice and cool and, although I believe that the unit is installed on the roof, it sounded so much like rain, it was pleasant and restful to hear it running! The owner, Don, is very nice and was a pleasure to meet. I highly recommend this property and would happily stay there again.
