Minutes from Niagara Falls in a Historic Village

You'll love this home in our beautiful historic village. Everything in our village including the waterfront is within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants, unique shops and a large grocery store are nearby. Lots of outdoor activities are available including hiking, fishing, biking, jet boating, playgrounds and more. The Village hosts many events including an Art Festival, Jazz Festival, Harvest and Hops and more. There is plenty to do for all age groups. We are within walking distance of Artpark and in very close proximity to Canada.

While our house is in an extremely safe neighborhood, we do have exterior security cameras for your safety.

We have a guest information book in the house that will give you recommended restaurants and activities during your stay.

We have an outdoor seasonable fire pit for you to relax with your guests.

This home can only accommodate a maximum of 9 guests. We have four bedrooms all on the decor floor. There are two full baths, one on the first floor and one on the second floor.

The property was wonderful, we loved the TWO porches. everything was spotless and the house was very well appointed. Mary was great and willing to do anything to make our stay even more enjoyable. There is lots to do in the area,we were never bored, I totally recommend this property.

The property is in a great location. The inside looks really good.

Great place to stay we enjoy the entire ammenities that the house have to offer the host is great and the check in/out is really smooth will come back to this pkace if we make a trip to this area again.

I would like to begin with saying that the house was so clean and beautiful and well kept. It's right at the center of the historic district and a walkable distance from the restaurants and the river. One thing I would point out is that is the communication. Mary was excellent with the communication. I had missed the messages I and had already driven 9 hours to the property without communicating with her and when I reached I thought the booking might have been cancelled because I hadn't responded to her but to my surprise Mary made sure that I and my family had the codes to enter the house. 10/10 definitely would stay here again.

We loved the proximity to everything. The house was very cozy and comfortable. The hosts were wonderful and very attentive to anything we needed. There were 8 of us staying there and we had a wonderful experience!

Short stay - great property

My family of 5 adults enjoyed our 2 night stay while visiting a family friend. We were not in the house much but it was very clean, welcoming and well stocked. We also appreciated the owners quick response to a question we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Family Gathering

Beautiful home in the quaint village of Lewiston. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, and amazing bakeries. Host very responsive to requests. Definitely will stay again.

We enjoyed everything about the property, the location, cleanliness, convenience and space, except trying to watch tv in the evening. Internet service was very intermittent!

This is a terrific location for a family with a dog. We had daily walks to the Artpark, river side park and Center St. It’s a great location for bike rides in both the USA and Canada. The house was as advertised and very clean. We loved the front and side porch. The back deck is also ver nice.

Family vacation

Extremely clean, well maintained home. We enjoyed the deck and lovely front porch with two little ones. Perfect spot to stay for day trips to Niagara Falls and Buffalo zoo. Lewiston is friendly town with great family restaurants! Thank you for such a great rental!

Great launch pad for Niagara!

We loved our stay at Mary’s cottage! The kids especially loved the fooze ball table. We liked the close proximity to Lewiston Main Street and the waterfront and enjoyed walking to places. It was also very close to hiking and all things the Niagara Falls area has to offer but not in the crazy busy part of Niagara!

Sister Trip

Lovely town, charming spacious house with all amenities promised (and hot water for showers). Host was responsive to questions.Perfect location for our group of sisters who were traveling to meet for a family event but also wanted a home base to relax together.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. There were four of us in the house and we all had a fun and relaxing time. This was the perfect location in Lewiston. So many great memories from our trip: walks to the coffee shop and restaurants, afternoon talks on the patio, conversations around the firepit in the evening... and the list goes on. The host was so quick to respond to all our inquiries. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!!
