Traditional Spanish House is a unique family resting house/ 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms 1,679 square foot home located in a glamorous upscaled community. (Bella Canto) Only 1.5 miles to the Empire Polo Grounds that host Coachella & Stagecoach. close to Thermal Club, PGA Club, Indian well Tennis Tournament, Spot light 29 casino, Fantasy Spring Casino and Agustin Casino, Super location in the desert. It's a short drive away to Palm Springs, Old Town La Quinta, Indian Wells, El Paseo, Joshua Tree, and other hot spot attractions. Close to dinning, fast food, Starbucks, pharmacy, grocery stores, clinic, Hospital and more.

Pool
For your enjoyment, we have a Heated SPA & POOL for your use. The Pool is available for your use anytime during your stay.
• Optional - There is a nominal heating fee per night for the SPA & Pool
• Heating Fee for Pool & SPA (October - May) is - $60/per night.
• Heating Fee for SPA only (October - May) is - $40/per night.
• Heating fee is lowered to $20 during the warmer months & pool heating is not needed June > Sept. (Summer)
• Pool heating must be ordered and paid for in advance before you check-in
This is a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood so please be mindful of noise after 10 pm.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cups, wine glasses, pots, and other cooking essentials

We disclaim any responsibility for lost or forgotten personal belongings as it is the obligation of each guest to take care of their belongings. The cleaning company will throw away to the trash can everything left in the house.

This home is equipped with a smart lock. You will receive a unique code for the duration of your stay.

Right at home

Beautiful home with pool and jacuzzi which was well worth the extra cost. An excellent grill and what a great private patio with games !!Maria was an awesome host and this is really a nice comfortable place to stay !!

Outdoor oasis makes it hard to leave !

Great communication, lovely home with great outdoor amenities. Also great to have multiple bathrooms when traveling with teenage girls! This was super convenient and just a breeze for booking. We have this saved for the future reference.

This property was perfect for us. We truly enjoyed the lovely backyard. The lay out was really well done between the pool,jacuzzi,cornhole, fooseball we just really enjoyed relaxing after an exciting day of tennis watching. The property was quite comfortable and a nice layout. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to coming back again.

Just As Advertised

Fabulous property in Coachella that has easy access to highway 10. The back yard was stunning and the house was super comfortable for our multi generation family. Thank you again Maria for being flexible with our check out and helping to make this a wonderful get away.

Very nice and clean home

We stayed 3nights, 4days and the owner Maria she was really nice thanks Maria for your wonderful hospitality. and she even let us to have a early check in. And i was really impressed about the back yard with the brand new pool and the barbecue grill was really clean. thumbs up on that. If we able to do this again next year we don’t mind staying here again.

Excellent, family-friendly stay!

We loved our stay here!! We arrived to a few complimentary snacks/ drinks in the fridge. Our 6 and 8-year-old loved the heated pool and jacuzzi. They also loved the fooseball table and cornhole game. The adults particularly loved the fire table in the evenings and the owners were kind enough to bring extra propane at no additional charge when we ran out before the trip was up (we had it going for hours)! We had plenty of space to hang outdoors and inside. We would absolutely recommend and will likely come back!

Great Neighborhood

We booked the house for 2 weeks and we are a multi-generational family. Staying at the house was my father, 3 young boys (10 & 12) and my father. We were there for Halloween and the neighbors were all very friendly. House: The layout of the house was perfect for us. The master bedroom and 2 bedrooms are on one side, with the other bedroom and a bathroom on the other side. The house was clean. We are one of the rare families that likes to eat our meals at the table together. The dining room was a bit cramped. There were also very few serving dishes and utensils. Upon arrival there was only a dish set for 4 people, but Maria was quick to bring us more. We did still have to buy a few items, that I consider basic, and we left them for others to use. The backyard area was exceptional. The side yard provided space to play the included corn-hole game, while the other side of the yard was a gorgeous seating area, complete with fire table. The pool and hot tub are heated, which you do need to text Maria daily. This didn’t bother me, but it may for some. There was also a covered area with a table and chairs, as well as the Foosball table. Overall, we enjoyed our stayed. I would recommend this house for shorter stays (such as long weekends) and people with children older than toddlers.
