The spacious and comfortable living room allows you to relax and enjoy the beach view; it features a sleeper sofa. The full kitchen is stocked and ready for meals, snacks and drinks.

Our Master bedroom offers a king sized bed with ensuite bath that has a walk in shower and full closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed as well as twin bunks. With the sleeper sofa, PCB Paradise at Edgewater has an 8 guest maximum occupancy (sorry, no pets allowed at Edgewater).

To round out your convenience, we offer complimentary high-speed fiber internet and an in-condo washer/dryer. The minimum age to rent is 25.
