Guests will enjoy themselves while relaxing on the patios of this magnificent Beachtown home, which is situated on the edge of the lagoon and overlooking the East End Nature Preserve and Galveston Bay. This home has indoor and outdoor seating areas with amazing and relaxing views! Your family can enjoy gathering in the open kitchen and living room, which are fully equipped with everything you need. This lagoon home is only a short walk to the community beach access, town center, and community pool.

Its location gives you a real sense of privacy. Situated along the east end of Galveston Island, this property is just minutes from the Strand (retail and dining district), Galveston’s Historic District, Yacht Basin, and UTMB. This property has 2 exterior visual surveillance devices.

beautiful Beachtown house

Our second time staying in Beachtown, and did not disappoint. Clean, spacious, overlooking the lagoon and a few minute walk to the ocean.

Great Lagoon View and Beach Access

We loved the lagoon view and screened in porch. It was a very short walk to the beach and restaurant. We will definitely be coming back.

The house was beautiful and a nice bay view. As a client with limited mobility you might want to rethink the walk to the beach from the end of the boardwalk out. Also we were given information concerning the availabilty of beach wheel chairs. We spent about an hour on call, traveling back and forth to check them out, discussion, to find out they have to be used on the beaches when you check them out. We could not pick it up and use on teh beach by the rent house. There were a few plumbing issues that were a slight inconvenience. We were given a courtesy pool pass but due to our limited stay and only used it for about an hour. Thank you.

Amazing!

What an awesome place! Everyone had their own space, but a great patio to all come together and enjoy! Loved the lagoon view and the alligator. Easy walk to the beach, and Beachtown is always so lovely and quiet. We will absolutely come again!

Fantastic House. Fantastic Experience.

Location of this house is great. Easy access to the beach and easy access to The Strand, and easy access to all the businesses on the Seawall. We were a group of 6 guys (high school friends) in mid-40s that get together for an annual trip each year. The house sleeps 6 very comfortably, and the kitchen and living room are spacious and great for hanging out. The weather was nice so we kept the doors to the living room balcony open the entire weekend. The balcony itself is large and spacious and is screened in from bugs. Views from the balcony are really nice. We could not see the beach, but you see the lagoon and all the big ships passing in the bay (cruise ships, oil tankers, etc.). These are fun to watch pass. Kitchen looked great for cooking with large stove and large refrigerator, although we did not cook and instead went out and enjoyed restaurants on the strand. The private beach is really nice and not crowded. We brought our own net and played beach volleyball. Beds were comfortable, place was clean. Would easily stay here again.

We had an outstanding stay at Your Beachtown Home and would absolutely book this home again.The house was even better than advertised. The photos are beautiful, but they still don’t do it justice. Once you walk through the front door, you realize the home is even more impressive in person.One of the biggest things that stood out was how incredibly well stocked it was. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO properties over the years, and this is one of the best-equipped homes we’ve ever rented. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed—and then some. Whether you’re cooking a full meal or just making breakfast, you won’t find yourself wishing they had included something.The entire home was immaculately clean from top to bottom. Everything felt fresh, well cared for, and thoughtfully maintained.The elevator was another great feature, making it easy to move luggage, groceries, and anything else between floors. It was especially convenient after long days at the beach.Overall, this is an exceptional property in every respect. Beautiful home, outstanding amenities, spotless condition, and an owner who has clearly thought of every detail. If you’re considering staying in Beachtown, don’t hesitate—Your Beachtown Home is one of the finest vacation rentals we’ve experienced. We can’t wait to come back.James
