Experience a picturesque countryside retreat situated on a private 14ac. homestead. Only minutes away from popular attractions including:

* Grange Fairgrounds(4mi.),
*Colyer Lake(2mi.)walking trail encircles lake,
* Sayers Reservoir/lake (45min.),
* Little Pine Creek State Park(45mi.) features popular 62mi.

*Poe Valley State Park(9.5mi.), Penns Cave, wineries, golf
courses, mountain trails/biking, great fishing streams,
Amish communities and the best of local eateries.
*My homestead is situated 11mi. east of State College and the property driveway directly enters/exits Rt. 322 the main thoroughfare to I99/PSU stadium.
* Homestead is situated .2mi. off of Rt. 322.
* Convenient location to PSU and State College yet far enough removed to escape the congestion and "madness" of a typical college town.
*Guests have access to entire home and property. Cottage is purposely designed and open exclusively as a short-term vacation rental facility. Quiet setting with no close neighbors. Spacious landscaped yard/property with walking areas.
*My home will always be ‘top-notch’’ clean, uncluttered, well organized, adequately stocked and very comfy seating/bedding!
*Home offers open floor plan with a downstairs living room/TV area, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom/shower.
*Upstairs has a large family room/TV, two bedrooms with queen size beds and a main bathroom/tub-shower room.
*There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms, upstairs living room and downstairs dining room. Central HVAC systems.
* BRAND NEW LOVE SEAT AND RECLINERS PURCHASED FOR DOWNSTAIRS LIVING ROOM AREA! Bedroom mattresses are
moderate firm.
High speed WIFI/Internet service(business account). TV provider is exclusively ROKO(Netflix) - NO CABLE OR NETWORK PROVIDER SERVICE.
All the basic cookware/utensils essential for cooking/dining are provided. No need to bring towels, bath cloths, bed linens or blankets. A hair dryer and ironing board are available. Two coffee makers: a Keurig and regular Drip Brew are provided including coffee and condiments.
There is two separate private parking spaces for vehicles -maximum # vehicles: 3. There's an outside motion light attracted to the front of the garage(# 1 parking space) for night time and similarly, solar lighting at the lane entrance.
OUTSIDE SECURITY CAMERAS INSTALLED AND ACTIVE DURING GUESTS STAY AT BOTH ENTRANCE DOORS (FRONT AND REAR). NO AUDIO OR SOUND RECORDINGS.
Host requires that all guests - PRIOR TO HOST CONFIRMING (Accept/Decline) your request to book, thoroughly review and consent to my Rules and Standards detailed in the Rental Agreement/Terms Of Service on my website in order to avoid any misunderstanding and/or conflict prior to and upon your arrival.
