Everything in this home is brand new, great family home that backs right up to the park with a private walking trail right off the back deck! The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms - over 3,000 SF for you and your group to be fully comfortable. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances and granite countertops. Large bath tub off the master bedroom is sure to please after a busy day enjoying all Columbus has to offer.

Guests have access to everything the house has to offer - all bedrooms, closets, including a finished basement, with separate smart TV and seating area.

*Please note, there is a ring doorbell installed outside the house only to monitor the front door, along with 2 blink cameras that view only the front yard and driveway area so we can monitor outside the house only and keep the guests privacy! *please note, the basic price is for 4 guests and after the 4th guest you charge $30 per guest per night ,and if it is discovered that you’ve brought more guests to stay, than listed in the reservation, you will be charged $30 per night per extra person*

It was a nice space for what my group needed however the outside does need some attention. Inside needs a deep cleaning - baseboards, light fixtures with cobwebs and vents in bedroom and upstairs bathroom. Inside shower curtain needs changed upstairs bathroom and some of the light fixtures need bulbs.

Outside could use some TLC. Inside is nicely spacious. Owner responded quickly when there was an issue with entry. (user error). Neighborhood was quiet. Backyard is private. Perfect for family gathering. Beds are nice and firm (very low to the ground)Plenty of kitchen supplies.

The home was fully equipped starting with the kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. This place is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The area is quiet, we felt safe walking our dog in the neighborhood. The best part was how kind and gracious the host was. We will definitely be back,

I would categorize this property as Standard, not Premium. It is quite spacious, but a number of items were broken (toilet seat, kitchen chair, powder room mirror and non working outlet, etc). There were a number of non-working light bulbs, the grill is non-usable. It was covered with mold on the outside, hasn’t been cleaned in years and the actual grill was burnt through. Recycling garbage had not been emptied in weeks. The stairs/downstairs had not been vacuumed in a long time, cobwebs on the lighting fixtures and we had to buy new sheets and a comforter for the downstairs bedroom. The owner was very communicative ahead of time, non-communicative after we arrived. There were no instructions re garbage/recycling pickup, housekeeping, how to use the TV, local food/things to do. Again, quite spacious but not Premium.

The grill has been nonfunctional for a while. Anyone that tries to use it would be in certain danger. You should remove it from listing or replace. We HAD planned a mothersday cookout. Perhaps some yardwork would be a good idea. For your rate you can do much better and show you care about your rental.

This house is perfect for large groups. We spent a wonderful weekend here during our annual girls’ trip. Since the home is an open concept, it’s easy to socialize with everyone no matter which room you’re in. We love staying here and would highly recommend it.

This home was perfect for what we needed while we were in the New Albany area. The bedrooms were comfortable and so were the beds. The house was clean and communication with the host was seamless. We would stay here again for sure!!!

The home was as advertised and very comfortable. The only issues we had were difficulty navigating the street due to many cars narrowing the passage way and there was no spare toilet paper we could find in the house.

Great Family Spot

This property was perfect for our group! Plenty of options for sleeping arrangements, nice counter space for cooking and serving, and close to some of the best Columbus has to offer. Would definitely stay again!

Great Polaris Area Stay!

The house is nestled in the back of a neighborhood and backs up to a green belt and park! Nice flow and lots of towels provided.
