This property was perfect for our family of 8! We traveled with two small children (4 yrs old & a 9 month old) and this house accommodated our family very well. We loved the house layout and it was so nice to have a pool on the property to just kick back and relax! The house was close to restaurants and the bay, which our family enjoys! Thanks for a great trip!

The walk to the beach was a little further than we were expecting. But we had some AC concerns and they were very responsive and helped right away. House was nice and we would stay here again.

Beautiful home! Clean and as communicated. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, However, if you use the credit for beach rentals for a wagon and chairs to take your stuff your stuff down, the walk is fine. Elevator was a nice to have to load stuff to take up, or for family members that might be challenged by the stairs. (There are a lot). All but the game room/bunk room are accessible by elevator. I did note that it is listed that the elevator may not be functional and could not guarantee so if that is a deal breaker then remember you will have to use stairs to access all rooms in house and with the tall ceilings, there are more stairs than typical per floor. Overall advertising is spot on and it was a wonderful stay!

Calm and clean

The house was in a gated area. Very clean and calm. Yet everything is pretty close. The elevator is a plus. You can walk to the beach, it takes 2 minutes. Communication and easy of access was superb!

Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this property. The house was very clean, a great size for our group, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions. The proximity to the beach was the best part - quick and easy 2 minute walk. A couple of things future guests should know. The listing advertises four bathrooms, but the fourth is actually an outdoor bathroom. The listing made it appear to be an indoor bathroom with a bathtub, so that was a bit misleading. We made it work, but if you have four adults expecting private indoor bathrooms, it could be awkward.The Wi-Fi was also a little spotty, especially in the evenings when we wanted to stream a movie. It wasn’t a deal breaker, but it’s worth noting. The pool was wonderful, and adding one or two umbrellas for shade would make the outdoor space even better.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness, amenities, and excellent communication from the host.
