Walking Distance to the beach (just under 1 mile flat easy walk. Beach parking is also available at Vanderbilt Beach and Wiggins State park, both the same distance) and many other activities.

Fully stocked kitchen and a gas grill makes it easy to prepare meals at home.

Great shopping and dining within five minute drive with very little traffic. Perfect sidewalks for walking. 1 mile to Vanderbilt Beach and Wiggens State Park that has some of the best shelling around plus the occasional sharks tooth if you have a really good eye. Fish right off the dock and catch big fish. 23' Red fish is the record so far. 3 Smart Televisions. Free high speed wireless access.

We have Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, Sand Toys, Life Jackets-Heated Pool, etc. for you to enjoy.

Whether you're in search of a calm sunset or a kayaking adventure, you'll have plenty of opportunities to grab a paddle and start cruising with easy launching in your backyard. (4 kayaks included)

Hosts were great to work with. The house was perfect for a large family gathering. Plenty of bedrooms and space. The pool and dock on the water made for fun times.

Location could not be beat! The house was a nice size and we loved the bikes, beach stuff, kayaks and pool! The house is older and needs improvements along with furniture and getting rundown.

My family of 9 had a wonderful vacation. With ages from 2 years to 55 years there was something for everyone to enjoy. The outdoor spaces/ furniture was honestly our favorite part. The chairs with comfortable and plentiful and the pool was great. My brother spent quite a bit of time trying to fish off the dock so that was fun. We spent every morning on the front porch drinking coffee and every evening on the back porch playing games and going for a late night swim. You can tell it is someone’s home and not just a rental property. I was happy to find a life jacket in the garage to fit my toddler and she loved the kids toys. We rode the bikes almost daily and tried very unsuccessfully to play ping pong. With that being said, there were a few minor issues that needed addressed. The pool heat was not working when we arrived. It was fixed after a few days, but was a frustration for us. Areas of the home are beginning to show their wear and could use repair/ updating.We did have a wonderful vacation though. We are sad we will not be returning next year as our family is growing and we need a larger home.

Wonderful location and house/pool were great!

We loved the location of this house in relation to Vanderbilt beach and the Pelican Bay area. The house fit a large group very comfortably and had so many things to use like the bikes, beach chairs, and of course the pool on-site was wonderful. We would highly recommend this location to future guests!

Fun week with the family

Couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating house. Extremely clean, and outstanding service provided by Tammie. We Kayaked and played in the pool rode bikes to the beach. We will definitely by back

Spacious and Structured for family vacation

We stayed 7 days for Thanksgiving week. Nice ample space for hosting family and friends. We had a BBQ cookout one evening, and Thanksgiving dinner. At the house we comfortably fit 2 older adults, a young couple with a 4y old, a baby and 2 nannies, and 2 single young adults. The owners were communicative and responsive to our needs.

House with lots of room

We had 9 adults and 2 small children and there was plenty of room for all of us. Tammie was very responsive ahead of time and while we were there as well. I agree with the other reviews so I won't reiterate it.:)

Family wedding

Property was beautiful and just as described. Communication with owners was great! Beach was a close one mile away . We walked or parked in the parking garage for 10$. Pool was awesome and heated which everyone including my 3 yr old and 1 yr old grandson loved! Very close to mercato . Great restaurants there ! Plenty of toys , beach chairs, bikes to enjoy! Can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful with great accommodations. To our surprise which we didn’t need, but there are separate living quarters on lower lever! Great to know for future use. Beautiful large heated pool. We had lots of fun fishing off the dock in between swimming in the pool or just relaxing outdoors!

Loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay! More than enough room for our group of 6. In fact, we didn't even us the downstairs bedroom attached to the garage. We loved the room to spread out, the pool as fantastic, we cooked some meals, we sat out on the back deck, our kids kayaked, my husband and son fished (didn't catch anything).... loved how any things were in the garage for us to use including adult and kids bikes, beach chairs, fishing poles (only 1 had a reel on it), kayaks and beach toys. There was a cooler left by someone too. I would highly recommend this house. Thank you!

Fabulous Naples Retreat

We just finished a wonderful week at this beautiful property. There was plenty of room for three families. The pool was fantastic and we used the kayaks daily to spot dolphins swimming along the canal. The neighborhood is stunning and the beach within walking distance. The house was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities! Any questions or concerns were answered promptly by the host! We had a wonderful vacation, and hope to return again!

Great for couple friends get away.

There is some maintenance needed to the house, windows and doors had issues. Water/ice dispenser on upstairs fridge didn't work. Contacted management and they responded right away. Queen size bedroom is very small but has an attached bathroom and its not like you're in there much. Lots of stuff to use in the garage. Multiple bikes of different sizes, beach chairs, etc... Overall we had a very good time and would recommend for families and/or adults only vacations.

Great place

This property is in a wonderful location and quite affordable.. Manager very helpful when we mentioned the pool was too cold to use and they immediately had a new solar cover arrive. Would stay again.

Great location

Property was clean and close to beach, state park, mini golf, and marina. Plenty of kayaks, bikes, pool toys and nearby walking and biking paths. Owners were very helpful and responded quickly to questions.
