First Floor one bedroom condo, sleeps 2, super convenient location near Mobile, Fairhope and Gulf Shores/Orange Beach.. Condo overlooks a green space. There are many walking trails and parks overlooking Mobile Bay close by. Golf courses, museums and local points of historical interest, fishing and water sports, art galleries, all types of shopping and restaurants nearby. Full high speed internet access. Wonderful place for those traveling, vacationing, or visiting the area for business or study.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The host was very accommodating. Will stay here again when in the area.

Convenient and Restful

The location was idea for our trip to Daphne/Fairhope for our daughter's sailing event. The bed was very comfortable and I slept much better than I usually do away from home. The home is within walking distance to a cute restaurant called The Waterfront, which is on the bay and was a nice place to have dinner. Also close to grocery shopping. Lots of windows in the living room full the living/dining with morning light- which I enjoyed as well!

Great value, clean, comfortable, did I say clean?

Great value, super clean, big TV, comfortable seating, easy to park and unload. Very accommodating for two people. It was close enough to the highway that our travels to and fro during the weekend were a snap. Close to the yacht club, grocery, etc. Not on the water, but that wasn’t part of our agenda.

Nice little condo

This was a spotless, quiet place to stay. Its a cozy little condo in a large development, and it is very close to everything Daphne. Perfect for one or two people

Get away for weekend

The property was very nice, clean, easy to locate, parking, nice neighbors. Need some more places around for breakfast. Great place to clear my head.

Convenience!

Every amenity listed was correct that we encountered. I did not walk the condo property to locate the bay view as pictured. Like other southern state rental properties that we have stayed in with the high humidity present, there was a distinct odor of mold, which noticeably stirred up an allergic reaction for one of us.

Staycation

We stayed in this unit to give our daughter and us some privacy while visiting for a couple of weeks. This way no one in her household had to give up their room or bed for us. It worked out well for us.

Superior cleanliness!!! Fast responses from the host. There’s a wonderful waterfront restaurant 2 minutes from the condo. It’s perfect for a couple’s getaway! Highly recommended!

Nice place to stay

Nice condo with easy access to Daphne and surrounding areas. Condo was clean and well maintained, easy to check in and out, and in a nice neighborhood. My only suggestion would be to have curtains that cover the entire back sliding glass door.

Received code to check in close to three hours past check in time.

I contacted owner on day of arrival asking for check in code. He told me I would receive it at 7:30pm because he was at work. I responded back to him that check in was at 4:00pm. Four hours from my message, he had not responded back to me. I contacted VRBO. Then at 6:50, I received the check in information for a 4:00pm check in time. This was very inconvenient having to wait almost three hours to check in. They refunded $50.

Everything was great with the exception of the patio entrance. Looked flimsy and did not have proper curtains. There was a clear path to the bathroom door if it was not closed.

This super convenient location provides the best of everything.....the beauty of a peaceful sunset over Mobile Bay, the joy of a sunrise on the Bay, the quick access into the complex and to the major roads in the area, and the fun of a small, historic town adjacent to the great city of Mobile and near the beautiful Alabama Gulf Beaches. Visit Old Town Daphne and Fairhope, both charming, with restaurants, shopping, and fun activities.

This easy access first floor unit is very comfortable with a queen-sized bed, a well-stocked kitchen, dining area, and living room. There are televisions in the bedroom and the living area with internet access so enjoy your favorite programs. The deck overlooks a pretty green space adding to the relaxing, tranquil environment. The complex has two swimming pools, and a fantastic green space for viewing sunrises and sunsets over Mobile Bay.
