A perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The hosts are great, and we loved the pool and game room. Great for quality family time.

We enjoyed our time at the cottage on Little River. It was in a good location for us and dog-friendly, so we didn’t have to board our daughter’s aging fur baby. There were a few minor maintenance issues that popped up, but Shannon and Chris were good communicators. The whole family felt comfortable and relaxed. As one said, “It was nice but not fancy.”, and that made it a great getaway for us.

The views are absolutely gorgeous! The cottage was well stocked, clean, and hosts promptly responded to all questions. Hosts are accommodating and beyond helpful! Boat slip was easily accessible and worked well for our pontoon boat. We really enjoyed checking/catching crabs in the crab pots. Pool was nice after a day on the sound and in the evenings. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the cottage. Thank you so much for your hospitality and use of the property!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage! Ours hosts Shannon and Chris were amazing and super responsive to all our questions! The view was amazing and my daughter loved being in the pool all week! We caught several blue crabs too. We hope to go back sometime soon!

We had a great week and really enjoyed our stay! The private pool was definitely a favorite, and we loved having the game room in the garage with shuffleboard, darts, and the pool table. There was plenty for everyone to do and enjoy.We also really enjoyed being right on the water. Having the kayaks and canoe available was a great bonus, and some of us were able to spend time fishing as well. It was such a nice place to relax, spend time together, and enjoy the water.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and a great family vacation. We would definitely recommend it!

Had a great time with family. Great place to stay.. loved the big kitchen.Shannon, was very nice and responded quickly to all my questions.Wish the weather was better, but we still had a great time.

Perfect place for a family vacation. Lake, swimming pool, game room, huge fenced in yard and a city with a vast assortment of restaurants to choose from…it didn’t disappoint!

Great family vacation

The property was perfect for an extended weekend getaway with the family. We enjoyed the pool, the house, the game room in the garage and even saw some dolphins in the river. It was a great trip and I can't wait to try and book this location again in the future.

Wonderful and relaxing

We had a great time at Little River. The property is very well kept and clean and has plenty of room for our family of 5. The views from the deck and the pool are amazing. The kids loved spending the days at the pool and catching crabs on the river.We only stayed 4 nights but would love to come back for longer.

Home on the water

The location was remote but once there beautiful. The amenities were excellent. Home super clean with nice extra touches like provided toothbrushes. We had an excellent time! Super dog friendly.

Our family had a wonderful time. The kids really enjoyed the pool and my husband and I loved sitting on the covered porch watching the storms and wildlife.
