Very nice home but not very clean or neat, Dirty dishes, cutting boards and pans in cupboards, we had to run two loads of dishes. Dish towels were dirty and so were the drawers of silverware. Linens in linen closet were just thrown in not folded. Could not tell if they were clean or not. Went to hang clothes in master closet and it had someone's clothes and other stuff in it, creepy. BBQ grill was dirty and had a sign on it stating there would be a charge of 200 if left dirty so we did not use it. The gas fireplaces in the house did not work we inquired and were told there was a propane leak don't use them. The propane fire table on the deck did not work we were told that it was broken. Many of the light switches in the house did not work. The electrical outlets in the master bath and kitchen did not work and required GFCI reset. Many spider webs and dead bugs through out the house. The heat in the house was lacking, thermostats in basement and upstairs did not work. The main level was warm but basement and master bedroom were very cold. TV in master would not turn on and others had no service at all, no local or basic channels. Would be nice if home description let us know to bring our streaming codes. Two smoke detectors were missing with wires hanging out of ceiling. Management office was not helpful and did not care about our issues. For the price we paid we expected a clean, warm and functional house to stay in. We were very disappointed and would not stay here again.

Great home and location. Loved having the privacy of a cove and also being near the bay and the Lakeside Marina. Overall the house was very nice and had everything we needed

Beautiful home, perfect location, great view & very relaxing. The home was very clean upon our arrival & very well stocked with necessities. Even though it rained every day, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We would highly recommend this home for your next vacation at Flathead Lake. A

Family vacation

The property was great. Plenty of room for everyone, right on the water. It exceeded our expectations. Very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely rent again next time we are in the neighborhood!

My son got married in Katispell and I chose this house for location to everything we had going on. The house is amazing and the location was perfect. The few items that I felt needed attention was some of the light were burned out some of the light switches didn’t work. There were not real good directions on starting the fireplaces Some of the mattresses could be replaced. It’s a rental and I fully understand but for what we paid I feel there could have been a little more attention given to some of these items in the house. The house manger was very accommodating to any questions that I had in setting things up before we got there and on our move in time. Overall I would consider this house agin if coming back to the Katispell area.

Beautiful home and great location

The house is beautiful, spacious, and very well stocked. The location is ideal and the views are amazing. There were some things that needed maintenance and were minor inconveniences: three of the four stovetop burner knobs were missing so we had to move the one around when cooking with more than one burner; the outdoor gas grills did not work; and the two doors leading to the outside on the lower level did not open. The issue with the doors (which was a safety concern) was addressed right away and one of the two was fixed. The grills were not an issue for us since we probably wouldn't have used them, but the missing stove top burner knobs were an inconvenience. Overall, in the big picture, these were minor issues that did not detract from our experience. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back to this property. It's a lovely home in a great location and we made many lasting family memories during our stay.
