Incredible oceanfront 2 bedroom apartment with all you need for a great vacation. Private sandy beach in front of the complex with easy access to the ocean. Double pool with sun loungers to enjoy the amazing sunsets after a "hard day" of diving , windsurfing , kiting or maybe just relaxing.

Located South of Flamingo airport , close to our famous dive spots in the South and only a 12 minutes drive to Jibe City or Atlantis Kite Beach. Very centrally located for diving, kiting and windsurfing.

We offer all our guests a 10% discounted dive voucher , please contact us for more information .
Also we can arrange a rental ruck, ready at the airport upon arrival, so no waiting lines at a car rental but fast check in.

As rental rates are based on the amount of guests , please notify us before arrival in case friends or family decide to join , so we can adjust your reservation accordingly .

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bellevue. It has an exceptional beach and access to the ocean, which was super convenient for diving, snorkeling and swimming. The dive gear locker and rinse tanks made diving here very very easy. The hosts were very helpful and super responsive. The very large balcony area was where we spent a lot of time, taking in the warm breezes and fabulous views. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed, and made food prep, simple.We will definitely return to this amazing place.

This property has everything you need to have a great vacation in Bonaire. Appreciated welcome goodies from owners. We loved relaxing on the large balcony after a day of snorkeling and exploring. Bed very comfortable, property very clean and nicely furnished. Snorkeling in front of property rewarded us with seeing a turtle!

Nicole and Martin are fabulous hosts. Communication was always prompt, the apartment was ready when expected. The apartment was clean, well furnished and in an excellent location. We were extremely pleased with our stay.

The deck was the best part! We enjoyed watching the sunset, planes and cruise ships. (however not having the cruise ships in town which clogs up the island). A great place to hang out when not out snorkeling or wing foiling. There was actually decent snorkeling right from the beach. Kitchen well equipped, but a little tight for more than one person cooking. Bedrooms and bathrooms comfortable with AC to use at night. We used the washer once and it worked well too.

Martin was a fantastic host. Met us at the unit to show us around and even left treats in the fridge!The unit had a phenomenal view of the water and sandy Beach. We were able to snorkel directly off of our own beach and had excellent access to other snorkeling areas and restaurants.

This unit was very nice with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Communication was great, Nicole was prompt in responding .Unfortunately during our stay the unit 2 floors below was getting a full remodel with construction daily 8am-8pm. Traffic is heavy on the street making it difficult to get in/out of parking. If air conditioning is important to you, be aware that the bedrooms have AC but the rest of the unit does not.In spite of the issues, it was a relaxing stay, and we would request another stay here.

Return visit to a wonderful property

Very comfortable property in a great location. The property is very clean and well equipped for a family of 4. Loved the small beach and the view from the balcony is amazing. Highly recommended.

Perfect Stay

Property is well appointed and pics are accurate. Clean property, awesome snorkeling, and on site manager was helpful. We are coming back.

Wonderful property in a great location. Ideal for a family wanting to be independent and explore Bonaire, or just chill in the pool/little beach. Property had everything we needed. "Wow" views from the balcony - it was a real joy to just sit there and look out over the sea. Great snorkeling on the doorstep. Cant wait to book again.

Safe, clean, beautiful, convenient for shore diving in Bonaire. Safe road to run on too. Appreciated the dive locker storage. Sunsets on the balcony!

Excellent property and location

This was the third time we stayed at the Bellevue in Bonaire and have loved the experience each and every time. The location is convenient to getting downtown and it’s one of the few places that have beach access on the property. The apartment was very clean and spacious and equipped with all your kitchen needs to make a lovely Caribbean meal. We can’t wait to go back again next year.

Beautiful property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The unit had everything we needed. We particularly loved the outdoor living space with the comfortable seating and gorgeous views. The host was very responsive and greeted us warmly when we arrived. Location is ideal for easy access for groceries and restaurants. We easily traveled all over Bonaire from unit. We would definitely stay here again.

Great building just as advertised. a couple small issues with the locks and wifi but they were answered and resolved right away. That is what shows on how well they are managed. Martin is fantastic

Amazing trip

It was great from start to finish. Martin met us at the airport and brought us to the property. He showed us around and they even put a snack in the fridge for us as a welcome, including a few beers. The view was amazing and you could walk straight out into the beach and snorkel on corals. Would highly recommend and definitely planning on a return trip

Lovely Apartment!

This is a lovely apartment with an excellent location. We spent most of our time on the balcony - with an incredible view of the resident pelicans and sunsets. This building likely has the best private beach on the island, and the diving and snorkeling there was great!The apartment was well furnished and exactly as described in the listings. It was a very enjoyable stay for two couples. The only problem was that one week was too short a time on Bonaire...

Nice unit that has everything you need. AC is just in bedrooms as the wall can be opened up and the breeze to keep you cool in the rest of the house (though Bonaire can be quite hot even with a breeze

Quiet and Relaxing

The view is amazing, we sat out on the balcony every chance we got! Everything you need in the kitchen yo prepare your own meals. Comfy bed. Construction across the street didnt really bother us. Gated apartment for added security which was nice. Small pool but tuays all you needed ad the ocean was right there and very private. Spacious apartment, we loved it!

First time to Bonaire

The house was well stocked with extra beach chairs, kitchen spices, extra snorkel gear, etc. The beds were comfortable, checkin/out was super easy and we saw turtles right off the easy entry beach. The refreshments in the fridge were very appreciated!! My only negatives (which did not greatly impact our stay) was that they only have 8 parking spaces for 12 units, so we had to hunt for parking on a busy street a couple of nights. And, 8 sunbeds which people reserved with their stuff all day. But, we didnt lounge, much. Overall, we loved the house and it was close to everything! Would definitely stay here again!!!!towels, etc.

Bellevue 8 was amazing !! The views were unreal and we spent hours out on the balcony. Great location, 5 mins from airport and 10 from Kralendijk. Grocery stores and countless restaurants within 10 mins. Full kitchen, ac in bedrooms. They have beach chairs and snorkeling equipment in the room. Do the Grill and Chill excursion w Epic Tours !!Couple things : Before going, ask about construction on the units. We were gone mostly during the day, but if we were in the room between 8 and 5, there was constant drilling and hammering. Impossible to relax by pool or in room due to the noise. So ask about that. Also, it is common across the island for the bedrooms only to have ac, as with this unit. The condo balcony faces west northwest with floor to ceiling windows ( great view) but no drapes / curtains. By 4 in the afternoon, it is too hot to be on the balcony due to the sun beating down. And with no curtains and no ac, the living area in the unit gets close to 90 F. It gets hot !! That is really the only issue we had, otherwise the place was great !!

Fantastic location and condo!!!

The photos of this VRBO do not do this place justice! There couldn’t have been a better location for us. Martin greeted us at the condo and actually came back a few hours later, when I had trouble with the key (my fault). You can snorkel right outside and the private beach is magical. My wife had never snorkeled before and this was a great place for her to learn. You are close to the salt ponds and we watched the sunset there 2 nights. Private and no one else there. It’s a magical place. We rented a boat from Bonaire boat rental and spent the day at Klein, fantastic trip (you can also take the water taxi but we enjoyed having the boat). We spent a day in the National Park and did the cliff jumping…another magical place. If you go start early, it takes about 3 hours to dry through the dirt single lane bumpy roads. Rent a truck or SUV a small car will not make it. If you are going to do one snorkel go to Bari Reef and snorkel around the rocks there. Easily the most diverse number of fish I. A small area. Enjoy the sunset from the balcony…life doesn’t get any better! The drive up to 1000 steps is amazing the the snorkeling is great too. Thanks for the condo we hope to be back soon!
