Walk to the beach from our family-friendly home in a great safe neighborhood. Close to Pompano Beach, Kite Beach, the famous Lighthouse, fishing pier, and boardwalk with many upscale dining options. We have a pool, jacuzzi, 2 BBQ options, and a huge game room completely full of fun gaming options to entertain your children and the grownups with a pool table, ping pong, air hockey table, teepee, games, books, separate fridge, and more for the whole family to enjoy!
No visitors- NO exceptions. 10 people MAX

There is a convenience store 1 block away that you can easily walk to from the house for any additional purchases you may need during your stay. There is also a bait and tackle store that you can walk to if you would like items for pier fishing. There is also a liquor store and an amazing Italian restaurant just a few feet from our home. Great location!!

The pool and garden are serviced weekly.
The pool is only heated in the winter months. Pool or spa heating is available for $45/day. Please note that heating is weather-dependent. During colder temperatures (below ~70°F), the heater can be turned on, but the pool may only reach the mid- to upper-70s or low-80s and may not reach the 80s or 90°. Heating fees are non-refundable once activated.

We stock the house with a starter kit of supplies such as toilet paper per bathroom, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, trash bags, a bottle of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap per bathroom napkins, rolls of paper towels, and other amenities. There are many stores nearby if you require additional items. We can also offer a cleaning service and restocking of house supplies for an additional cleaning fee.

It looked exactly like the pictures. The beach was within a short drive , as was grocery stores . There was a very cute coffee shop within walking distance.

Perfect for wind-down after cruise

Our family needed space after a week on a cruise ship & this was perfect. We each had our own bedroom and enjoyed cooking & lounging at pool.

This property is everything you could want, except the location. The host was very accommodating and kind.

It was a great property

We had a wonderful stay. We thought the location was great. Walkable neighborhood, pretty quiet. There were lots of amenities to keep our four children well fed and well entertained. The only complaint we had was not being able to turn the hot tub on when we wanted to use it. You have to text the property manager to turn it on. She was very attentive most times we asked to use it but Saturday evening we wanted to use it and we received no response and we couldn’t go in that night.

Home was very nice

The home was nice. It was located in front of a neighborhood next to a hotel. The pool wasn’t clean, pans were dirty from prior tenants and a kitchen drawer with utensils was stuck closed, boxes of trash were left in the back. In the rule book, there can be no noise past 9pm but people next door at the hotel were very loud past 11pm. You also have to call to have the jacuzzi heat turned on. The house would be great if it was located in the neighborhood and if they made sure it was clean.

Monday trash and recycling - WE HAVE A SERVICE THAT WILL COME BY TAKE THE TRASH AND RECYCLE OUT THE EVENING BEFORE PICK UP.
Thursday trash only - We kindly ask that guests take the trash bin out the night before collection and bring it back in after collection
