Hi there! My name is Kristal, my husband Garrett and I are both property managers, by profession, and have been traveling to Florida for the past several years to getaway from the cold northern winters. After falling in love with the beautiful sunshine state, we finally decided to get a place of our own! This is our escape from our busy lifestyles, a place to relax and unwind with our family and ultimately, our home away from home! We hope it will be yours, too!
We are focused on your experience and comfort while you are on vacation. We have worked hard to provide you a home, equipped with all of the conveniences, including the nice-to-haves. From board games, bags / cornhole for the backyard and of course the pool, there is fun for the entire group.
We love to travel, go boating, watch the sunset, relax poolside, play card/board games and go on family adventures to nearby parks and beaches. Our property is just a short drive to Port Charlotte beach Complex and many beautiful places to explore!
We sincerely look forward to hosting you soon!

While there is a large front yard, there is plenty of space to bring and play badminton, bags or other fun family-friendly games in the fully fenced in backyard. 15 minutes to downtown Punta Gorda restaurants. This town is safe and quiet offering the perfect escape to sunshine, tranquility and relaxation. Whether you're seeking a warm relaxing destination to unwind or a place to gather and spend quality time with family and friends, this home will meet all your needs! Please be respectful of our neighborhood as this home is in a beautiful neighborhood.

You'll love practicing your putting on the private 5 hole putting green in addition to enjoying the pool which has solar panels to keep it nice and warm. If the weather is cool, making the pool temperature just a bit too cold, there is a separate pool heater which can be remotely activated for no more than $25/day.
