The Iron Horse guest house is a great spot! It’s comfortable and centrally located. Marcus is a responsive host. I always enjoy my stay there.

VERY good location! Loved the nearby coffee shop, short walk to lots of fun restaurants and bars. Quiet street, we were a little confused on the parking at first, but figured it out! Not fancy but perfect for us as we explored Tucson and the surrounding area.

Great location! This is a neat little guest house very close to lots of the coolest old stuff in the 4th Ave area. Right across the tracks from downtown and close to UA, too.

We had a great 1 week stay in this cute carriage house. The location was great. Lots of nightlife, food, free trolley on 4th street around the corner. Downtown area with similar items is a 5 minute walk. To enhance the stay, the property needs a couple wall shelves with hooks. You could place your things on the shelves and hang your backpack, purse, hat, jacket, etc on the hooks.

Nice little place

Nice little place in a convenient area. More of a loft style. Good price, happy we stayed there. Parking available off the street.

Good location, stayed here before and it was great. However this time, there was no hot water, the oven didn’t work, and the AC kept resetting to 80F.

A lovely stay

The place is just what we needed. It’s very close to downtown. The location was great. The property manager was very accommodating and quick to get back with me. We had a great time there.

Great spot...super location

We really enjoyed this studio. Walking distance to many restaurants and coffee spots. Parking available, which is huge! Easy access to major roadways to do touristy things. Would recommend!

We are two friends on an Amtrak trip west. We stopped over in Tucson and this little place was perfectly situated for someone traveling by train. It's very close to a lively, funky neighborhood, but the street itself was very quiet. Great coffee shop on the corner and an excellent grocery coop in easy walking distance. The tram is right there, as are docking stations for e-bikes. We were very happy we stayed here.

Iron Horse

This was a great property within walking distance of my daughter's apartment and coffee shops and restaurants. It was cute inside with a great patio outdoor area . I had a very comfortable stay.
