We had a wonderful stay. The villa is lovely, clean, comfortable with great facilities, it is stocked brilliantly with everything you could need. Our host Tijana is fabulous she made sure we had everything we needed and was so welcoming and generous, she is always on hand to answer questions and give recommendations. I would definitely recommend this villa.

This place is amazing. We spent part of our family trip here and the pool and location was perfect for us. Tijana was there when we arrived and walked us through everything. She sent us recommendations of local food and place to see. Very quiet area and the heated pool was great at the end of the night. There were all kinds of things for kids to do if you have little ones. This place is highly recommended and we will reaching out to Tijana when we come back.

WOW Our group of 7 ladies had a wonderful time at this property.Tijana was so helpful before and during our stay. Never had so luch hekp from a host befire.

Amazing stay!

The house was great, perfect for a group of friends! We had the upstairs and downstairs and the pool was amazing. Such a nice spot to stay and relax with table tennis, outdoor cooking facilites, multiple places to sit and eat. Amazing aircon as well which was great for the summer. Communication with the host was fast and effective! Thanks so much

We spent 2 weeks in Villa Ivano as a large, family group of 10 (8 months to 92 years). The villa was really comfortable for all. The location is lovely. Set high over the town amidst olive groves, right by a train station serving Split and some of the other Kastela towns in 30 minutes or less. It is two apartments connected internally so a big group has the best of both worlds. The spacious outside has pretty sea and mountain views, great pool, play area and barbecue area and a cooling breeze. In the heat it’s quite a walk into Kaštel Stari so we mostly drove and used uber. We did a lot of cooking and the two kitchens are very well equipped. There is even a blender! There are 4 very powerful air con units in the halls and living rooms of the two apartments and the downstairs apartments have mosquito netting on the windows so you can open all the doors to get air through, best to use a fan too at night. What made the villa so special was Tijana and her family. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Tijana’s husband and his father built the house themselves and it feels like a home, furnished with love. Tijana has provided everything you could need for your holiday and more and they really went above and beyond, sourcing us a wheelchair for my Mum and a special toilet seat and didn’t even charge us. Lots of high quality baby equipment too. They were so kind and thoughtful. Their home grown olive oil they gave us was delicious. Highly recommended. Thank you!
