Great place to stay.

Three friends on a very cold fishing trip. After spending 3 cold days out on the lake it was so nice to come back to this house, have dinner and relax with a little TV. House is very clean and was furnished with everything we needed. Casey was awesome and answered all of our questions. Definitely a great place to stay.

Generally good

The appearance and cleanliness was generally good in the important ways like clean sheets and a hot shower. We did have to do some cleaning and dusting and had to deal with some ants coming in the front door, (we stepped on them and wiped them up with paper towels-ewe) otherwise we would have given this property a better rating.

Nice remodel so far

Nice place family room and kitchen have been remodeled. Bathrooms need it now. But nice stay for price.

Peaceful & star filled getaway

Property is nice. The stars at night are beautiful. Neighborhood is quiet. Conveniently located close to the lake. It was a excellent stay.

Family Emergency

Casey was very accommodating! We had a death in the family and the entire process of booking and staying here was just phenomenal. The host went above and beyond in many aspects and the home was absolutely beautiful.

Flaming Gorge fishing trip

The owner was very pleasant and accommodating. The property was plenty good enough for us. Everything worked. Might consider buying a few new pots and pans, the non-stick material is well past it's prime and considering the reported health concerns, it is time to replace most of them. VRBO was a mess to login and communicate before the trip. Many many attempts to log in and communicate with the owner were wasted by a useless site. Having used VRBO before on other trips, their service is in decline from our experience this time. Probably will not use VRBO again. Best wishes to the owner and we will encourage our friends and family to stay with them.

The house was nice, a few things are missing in the kitchen" a knife for peeling potatoes, a vegetable peeler. But over all great place to stay.

Manilla get away.

The House was just perfect for our needs.The bedding was really nice, soft and cozy. good access for us to ride our 4 Wheelers. enjoyed it very much will probably return. Was good to have bbq in back yard.

Great house right near Flaming Gorge

We went up for a family reunion in Manila and Flaming Gorge and this house was just great. The house was nice and cool, very nice after a fun day of fishing or on the beach. Right in the middle of town so it was only 2 min from the little market and the ranger station. Very clean and plenty of room for us. Overall a great experience.
