Take a few steps to the right and you are on the beach or take a few steps to the left and you are at the Gulf-Front pool. Located on one of the most beautiful stretches of sugar white sand in all of Florida, our one-bedroom, one and half bath beachfront condo is your vacation home away from home. This unit features a king bed, hallway bunks, and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. Perfect for families or couples, our condo comfortably sleeps six.
Located in the Windancer Condominium complex, one of Destin’s few remaining low-rise complexes, your unit is in a prime location with immediate access to both the beach and the pool. Fewer units in the entire complex means you won’t have to have to battle the crowds while trying to enjoy the surf.
We’ve provided many of the amenities you’ll need during your stay, including a high-speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, linens, Smart TVs.
You will love being steps from the pool and being close enough to watch the pool from your private patio. First floor convenience means no more elevator rides and long walks to the beach.
Located one eighth of a mile south of the Silver Sands Factory Outlets, the Nation's finest outlet center, and just minutes away from Destin Commons and Baytowne Wharf you are close to great shopping and dining. As a guest in our vacation home we are committed to making your stay the best it can be. We have vacationed at Windancer for the past 20+ years and are happy to answer any questions you may have. We employ a local maintenance and cleaning staff, who can respond immediately to meet any needs during your stay.

It was just my husband and myself but we could have easily fit our three kids with us! We definitely plan to book again to the same room with the kids. Being that close to not just the pool but the beach was a win! If we planned our day right, we were only about 25 minutes from Destin and loved all the shopping that was close by.

Property was as advertised. Very clean, well supplied/stocked and decorated. My husband loved the first floor access! Our grandkids were with us, so being near the pool was excellent! The property located near all store for quick groceries run, clean and easy parking. Host was excellent!

What a pristine place! Loved the walk-out level. This is a special place. Perfect for a couple or family with a couple kids… so well kept. The host was great about answering my questions… the location is fantastic. One of the best I’ve ever stayed in.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Windancer. The amenities are lovely and we loved this comfortable unit. It fit our family of 6 great. Really appreciated the laundry facilities and the comfort of the condo. The check in/ check out process and our communication was wonderful with the host. We'd love to come back! Thank you from Utah!

We have been traveling to different locations for spring break for years. This condo by far exceeded any previous ones we’ve rented. Highly recommend!!

Clean,tastefully decorated, and well represented condo. This owner is outstanding to work with. The view and distance to the beach can’t be beat! The private beach is incredible. Even during Spring Break it was quiet and not crowded. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach. The condo was clean and close to many of our favorite places to visit and restaurants.

This condo was perfect for us! We’ve stayed plenty of places around Destin/ fort Walton, and appreciated this condo being a little less busy than others. Convenient location with everything you need nearby! We love the memories we were able to make here

Great beach front condo!!

Great vacay
It was a great week, we spent most of the time on the beach. This was our 2nd time stayin at Windancer and it wont be the last. Time went too fast, sad its over.

Ground floor directly on beach. Just walk out onto the sand! Beautiful condo; well maintained.
