It is perfectly situated in a central but quiet location, just across from the Marketplace shopping area (Fresh St, coffee, restaurants and more) and a 10-minute walk to the main village. Steps away from the Valley trail.

The space
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
Tucked away in a quiet corner of Whistler Village backing onto the Valley Trail, this townhouse is only steps away from the FREE shuttle to the ski hill (or a 10-12 minute walk) and a 3 minute walk to Marketplace where you’ll find everything you’ll need for your stay (including a major grocery store Fresh St Market, liquor store, and drug store). This is also the start of the Village Stroll, the main shopping and dining area of Whistler and where the Whistler Olympic Plaza is located, which hosts skating in the winter as well as several concerts and events throughout the year. The Valley Trail will take you by foot or bicycle to Whistler’s many wonderful lakes, parks, golf courses and hiking trails.
THE SPACE
This 3-level townhouse is comfortably laid out and fully equipped for entertaining & relaxation. Park your car in a secure, underground parking lot. Use the complex hot tub and the unit's fireplace after a long day on the hill. This place is PERFECT for any Whistler vacationer that needs convenience and comfort. No need for a car. Walk to restaurants, liquor stores, shopping, bars, lifts, and MORE!
THE LAYOUT
As you walk into the home, the front entry has space for you to unload your skis/jackets/gear. Upstairs on the main floor is the open-concept living/kitchen/dining space perfect for entertaining and relaxing, with a cozy living room, gas fireplace, Smart TV and a kitchen that is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Coffee and tea, spices and cooking oil are available for your use. There is also a bathroom with a shower on this floor, as well as a balcony with a gas BBQ.
The third level has 2 bedrooms both with Smart TVs (loaded with streaming apps) and their own bathrooms. The bedding configuration provides flexibility to families and groups of up to 6 people to choose the sleeping arrangements that are most suitable for them:
Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed. Access to the upper balcony is from this bedroom.
Bedroom 2: Double-size bunk beds.
Living Room: Queen-size sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. .
PARKING
One reserved spot is available in the gated underground parking lot. Maximum vehicle height is 6'8"
*An additional free parking stall is available on a first come first served basis. .
LAUNDRY
Don't go home with dirty clothes! Dry your gear before your next run with the convenience of an ensuite washer and dryer to use. Laundry soap is provided.
KITCHEN
Our kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking and baking basics. Whip up a quick breakfast to go or a full 5-course meal to dine in.
SKI AND BIKE STORAGE
Conveniently store your skis in the townhome.
Bike storage is situated in the secure and underground parkade.
HOT TUB
A shared outdoor hot tub is available in the complex for your use. Enjoy a soak after a long day of skiing, biking or exploring the Village. Please obey the complex hot tub rules.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
Any stay over 14 nights will result in a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $157.50 charged to the guest on top of the cleaning fee paid on reservation.
Please note this unit does not have cable TV or air conditioning. The TVs are loaded with streaming apps and multiple fans are provided.
There is a noise monitoring device plugged into an outlet at this property. This device records decibel levels ONLY, it does not have any other recording capability. The device is called a "Noiseaware". It is plugged into a populated area (for example: in the main living room). Please do not unplug this device.
This entire property is NON SMOKING.
We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what's supplied.
If amenities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, or ski-in/ski-out access aren't available during your stay due to circumstances beyond our control (such as but not limited to repair, maintenance and weather conditions), we cannot be held responsible.
