Villa LeoMar with large private pool, tropical garden only 350 m from the beach

Our holiday villa LeoMar is located in a villa complex (Bustani Villas) of 4 separate villas with common day and night guarded driveway. Our Villa LeoMar is once again surrounded by a wall, so you always have your privacy on your own property with private large pool.

The beautiful tropical property is overgrown with mature trees (mangos, passion, palm trees, etc.) and shrubs and very well kept lawns.

Our villa has about 120 square meters of living space with 2 large bedrooms and each large double bed (1x single bed in addition in a bedroom), mosquito nets, fans, fitted wardrobes and seating.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower.

There is a nice fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, blender, toaster, crockery and cutlery)
and a living room me sitting area
Satellite TV (about 100 English channels), DVD player and water dispenser.

Through the large double doors you come directly to our spacious and covered living terrace with large dining table (6 persons) and various bepuemen seating with small tables. Here they can eat or sit together with the entire family and rest or have a chat.

There is also a big store
(with lounge and separate outside toilet for the staff) next to the covered carport in which the washing machine and an additional refrigerator is located.

A highlight is our covered outdoor bed / swing bed to relax with a large bed area of 3 m x 2.50 m on which you can have fun with the whole family.

Our home is fully furnished and decorated with hand crafted furniture and art in African style.

Everything is 2019, as every year over again, completely renovated to ensure a high standard.

There is a private water supply for our large pool (5x10 m). He is
0.9 m - 2 m deep from side to side with large stairs to the entrance, which is also suitable for children. Next to it is our pool house with various seating, sun loungers, shower and changing room.

Our villa is located only about 400 meters from the fine sandy white dream beach. On foot you can reach it in 5 minutes. with direct access. There is a small beautiful beach bar where you can relax under umbrellas and something to drink or eat.
The wide beach (Galu Beach) falls flat over the entire length of the water and is therefore also suitable for children to swim and swim. In addition, it is protected by the offshore reef against high waves and predatory fish and you can also do interesting hikes on this reef at low tide.

Another advantage is the peace and spaciousness of the beach as there are no big hotel castles or many people there.
Diani Beach has been voted the most beautiful or one of the most beautiful beaches in Africa and worldwide in recent years.

Kenya impresses with its rich, beautiful nature. The nature parks and safari areas can be reached by car within 1-5 hours and are known for their great lodges and wildlife.

The old port city of Mombasa with many sights and shops is just
about 1 hour away.

Diani Beach is a beautiful coastal town with a beautiful beach but also all necessary facilities such as supermarkets, doctors, banks or restaurants are accessible with short distances on the ground and of a high standard.

In addition, Diani Beach has become a Mecca for kite surfers, divers and water sports enthusiasts of all kinds in recent years. Regular World Cups take place here.
There is a very good golf course and vehicle rentals of all kinds.

The year-round warm weather and average 28 degrees water temperature as well as the moist salty air are also ideal for people with lung or skin problems.

In our dream villa our house staff (as needed) and our gardener, who cleans the pool daily, are at your disposal. If you wish we can also organize a private chef for you (for a fee).
