It was a wonderful getaway for our family. We had a blast at the lake and river. The unit was clean and comfortable, especially during the hot summer days. I was fortunate to have a washer and dryer, which we used daily after our water activities. The backyard fire pit was also a highlight. The automatic lightning feature created a cozy and inviting atmosphere in the entire backyard. I’m already looking forward to visiting again in the winter.

The property was just as all the pictures are shown online. Our family enjoyed the home and the firepit in the back yard. We would recommend the home. Jamie provided all the information about the home, checking in and departing instructions and places to eat prior to arriving. The information was nice to receive prior to the visit. Thank you for allowing us to make some great family memories!

Very good place for our weekend stay. Everything was in great order and the directions on everything from the host were very helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in this area again. If you can please fix the back door, it has trouble staying shut unless the deadbolt on the door is engaged. Also it would be very nice if the other two upstairs bedrooms had ceiling fans

Great home. Well equipped. Cozy beds with lots of throw blankets for lounging on the couch. My grandkids loved the board games!Very, very clean & so many thoughtful small touches that made our stay extra easy. Highly recommend.

This was truly the cleanest house we’ve ever stayed in! The layout was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and feel right at home. The hosts went above and beyond — the house had everything we could possibly need and more. It was fully stocked with items that made our stay effortless and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Beds very comfortable. Love hanging outside despite the burn ban. Close to lots of places but far enough to feel the quiet. Very nice and clean. Loved it.

New house in great location

Comfortable new home with everything you need for a nice vacation, close to Canyon Lake Gorge and Comal park. Owner is responsive, great property!

Great house in a great location

Nice roomy, clean house for our family to come back to each day after exploring the Texas Hill Country. Great central location. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood each evening and the house was well stocked with just about everything you'd need. Would stay again without a doubt!

we had a great time with family bonding time. the backyard area w firepit was great for marshmallow roasting and cornhole with family. plenty of indoor family games too! overall we were quite pleased with our stay. we were a family of four but thid place can accomadate much larger without it being crowded. would definately recommend.

Thanksgiving gathering

This property exceeded our expectations. The open floorplan was perfect for our family. The location felt secluded but everything we wanted to see and do was a short drive away.

Hi everyone, this is an immaculate home in the Hill Country. From booking to check out everything was clear and easy to handle. The beds are super comfy, the AC works very well, the appliances are all new and function perfectly. The backyard is a great place to hang out with family to enjoy. The owners are super responsive to any needs or questions you may have. Truly a lovely property well run by the owners. Thank you for the stay!
