This is a great place to stay. It is walkable to everything. The unit itself was comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped for eating at home. The community is quiet and well maintained. The owners were very responsive to our inquiries. Just a great place to stay.

This was our second time at this property. We love the location and amenities. Two pools to choose from and walking distance from downtown are just some of the highlights. Jason is always a gracious host and quick to respond.

The host was very responsive and accommodating. The property was in a great location, a short walk to downtown. The condo was well-appointed, comfortable, with nice amenities and beautiful grounds.

This is a very well equipped condo. It is an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. The pools are pleasant and the grounds well kept. The light switches take some getting used to but everything else is quite good.

Beautiful property well maintained. The condo was amazing had everything we needed for our stay. The host is very accommodating and had very good communication. If I am ever back in Palm Springs I will definitely be staying here again.

Great location and property

The condo is exactly as described and has everything one could want. Close to the pool and hot tub. Just a short walk to downtown Palm Springs. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for a perfect stay in PS

The owners have clearly taken great care to provide an excellent stay for guests. This condo is nicely appointed and beautifully decorated with a wonderful Palm Springs vibe. The location makes it easily walkable to downtown restaurants, bars, shopping, and a casino. Two sparkling pools also ensure plenty of relaxing time without any big crowds. We loved our stay here so, so much and can't wait to return.

Our 29th Annual Spring Break Group

Four of us gals have an annual Spring Break Trip which began in our teaching days. Now retired, living in various locations, we LOVE Palm Springs and this VRBO was a spectacular choice! We would return again because the location was excellent as were all the facilities and amenities. Thank you for having this property as a VRBO!

March Break Family Vacation

Beautifully renovated suite ,excellent attention to details , sheets towels dishes etc.The property has a 10/10 walking score and while older the property grounds and pool areas extremely well maintained. Nice vibe friendly but quiet neighbours

If you're looking for a place with easy access to the heart of Palm Springs, this is it, an easy walk to all the Palm Canyon shops and restaurants, a casino, spa and more. The unit is clean and spacious with everything you need, and the complex is nice and friendly, with two pools

Wonderful Stay

The condo unit was conveniently located and shows exactly as pictured. It was well stocked and organized with everything you need for cooking. The complex grounds and pools are lovely as well. Jason was very responsive on any questions we had. We would definitely return!

A wonderful unit in a great location. The hosts kept the condo well stocked with many items travellers would need during a week vacation but not pack. Extremely comfortable and spacious.We would recommend the hosts emphasize in the listing that they do not provide soap or shampoo for showering like many other VRBOs (unless we missed it). After travelling a long way to get to Palm Springs, having to go out to purchase such items is inconvenient.Our thanks to the hosts for providing a clean, comfortable, and spacious place and being good communicators with their guests.

Colorful, immaculate, convenient vacation condo

It would be good to know the street name in which to enter the designated parking area for the unit. We had some confusion with that since this was our first visit. Once inside the complex the grounds were pristine and beautiful. The condo was immaculate, the beds were comfortable and we had everything provided that was necessary for a wonderful vacation.

This place was amazing location, very well manicured property. I understand it’s located in the desert, but you could tell the patios had not been cleaned for quite awhile. In my opinion the master bed was very worn out and uncomfortable which made an exhausting vacation due to Limited rest. Otherwise the whole experience was very nice.

Perfect Palm Springs Vacay!

Wow! What a find. There were four of us there for a girl’s vacation. Location is right in town, we walked everywhere. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Also, right by the Casino. The unit is well equipped, plenty of dishes, including those to use by the pool, which is right across from the condo. Beds are comfy, and the decor is fabulous. And foremost, communication was excellent, prompt responses, and excellent house manual explaining devices and procedures.
