And only 800m away from the beach!
From here you can reach Pula in only 5 minutes and Medulin even within 1 minute.
All restaurants, stores, bars, ATM etc... even on foot.
In the apartment you can expect 2 coffee makers, 3 air conditioners, microwave, washer-dryer, dishwasher, Netflix, up to 8 cozy sleeping places, WiFi, as well as an exclusive equipment and much more...!
FULL DESCRIPTION:
This modernized apartment is located in a newer building and stands out with its unique luxurious style equipment, which is very different from the usual short-time-rentals!
To the sea (which you can also see from the apartment) you have only about 800m.
At your free disposal you have a high quality pad and filter coffee machine with coffee as much as you want, a tea selection, induction hotplates, kettle, toaster, microwave and steamer,
all the equipment you need for cooking and eating, not to mention plenty of space.
In the living room and the two bedrooms you will find high quality air conditioning, blinds and a pleasant atmosphere throughout the apartment.
In the 1st bedroom there is a big comfortable double bed with the size of 180x200.
In the 2nd bedroom you will find up to 3 comfortable beds (1 double bed 180x200 and 2 single beds 90x200).
The living area has a very pleasant large sofa bed which extended even 3 people plenty of space to sleep.
A large Smart TV with Neftlix crowns your evening after a hard day at the beach ;)
The bathroom has a high-quality equipment with a large bathtub in which you can also shower, style sink and of course hairdryer.
For you are always fresh towels and shower gel and shampoo provided.

In winter you can often meet me on ski slopes and in summer I like equally beautiful sandy beaches.
