ABOUT THIS SPACE

Magnolia Suite is designed for an easy Pensacola stay: a comfortable king bed, private entrance, reserved driveway parking, fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and a 55-inch Smart TV. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig for coffee and simple meals; there is no stove, oven, or full kitchen. Pets are welcome with the applicable fee.

THE SPACE

This private studio accommodates up to two guests and is attached to the Main House but accessed through its own exterior entrance. Inside, you’ll find a king bed, green sofa, 55-inch Smart TV, workspace, dining table, kitchenette, and private bathroom with double vanities.

The Suite works especially well for couples, solo travelers, work trips, and short visits where guests plan to enjoy Pensacola rather than cook full meals at the property.

Driveway parking is reserved for Suite guests. The backyard is shared with guests staying in the Main House, which may be occupied during your stay.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

The Suite does not have a stove, oven, full kitchen, or private laundry. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, kettle, dishes, cups, and silverware.

Check-in begins at 4 p.m., and checkout is by 10 a.m. Pets must be included in the reservation so the applicable pet fee is reflected. Smoking and events are not permitted. Exterior security cameras monitor the entrance, walkway, and driveway only; there are no cameras inside the Suite or in private guest areas.

Great Location and Accommodation

We are previous Pensacola locals and this is a great studio VRBO for a weekend stay. The fenced in yard is great for dogs.

Great place to relax

Great place and neighborhood too. I loved the big spacious room and the bed was super comfy. We loved it & will be back!

Great stay

Great neighborhood not far from the beach and the host was nice I had no problems while staying here

Great little home

I enjoyed staying at this property. It's quiet and very close to everything you would need. The host is very communicative and pleasant. Definitely hope to stay here again in the future.

Enjoyed our stay

Cozy little suite in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to shops, restaurants, and parks. Brittany is a great host! She checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable.

Great place to stop for one night!

We were just passing through town for one night, and it was perfect for our short stay. Close to the beach and good restaurants and grocery stores within 10 miles. It was just what we needed.

Nice location

Great location for getting to know Pensacola. Pretty neighborhood for walking the dog, plus a fenced in yard. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed

Perfect place to relax.

We wanted a quiet, relaxing and comfortable place to stay with our pet. Brittany said it was a quiet neighborhood and it has a large fenced in yard. It’s perfect! We loved our stay. The bed was wonderful and a large bathroom.

Perfect place

We love this house so much we have stayed here twice. The neighborhood is so peaceful, quiet, close to all the areas we are interested in. We travel with a pet and he loves this place. Nice big, fenced in yard and he loves our walks in the neighborhood. The suite is clean, bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is roomy.

Nice, clean, quiet place!

I really loved staying here. It was clean and quiet and fit my needs perfectly. The tankless water heater was fantastic as was the water pressure in the shower!! I have difficulty walking so this room was perfect for me to get in and out of with ease. If it is available next year at this time, I will definitely stay here again.

Overnight stay

In Pensacola for an event and the stay was wonderful. Magnolia Suite was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Easy access. A small microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle are available. No coffee maker but the Starbucks Pike Place instant was a quick pick me up before going out for breakfast. Thank you Brittany for the accommodations.
