Very cute & quaint property. Sara was really responsive & communicative. The neighborhood is centralized to everything & Ray chose to my family’s home. We will definitely rent again. Not a complaint, just be aware there are no fans in the home so if you are hot natured you may need to bring your own.

We had a phenomenal stay and truly thankful for the opportunity to stay in such a charming home. All pictures do not do this home justice. The spaces for each room are much larger than they appear in photos. We highly recommend staying here and encourage all to enjoy the quai t shops and restaurants downtown!

Comfy Cozy Stay

Lovely home in a good location to all that Minden offers. Comfy beds to get a good nights sleep. The state of the art kitchen is a cooks dream.

Such a beautiful home and neighborhood! I wish our trip was longer so we could stay in that house a couple more days. Sara treated us very well!

This is a wonderful four bedroom cottage tucked into a lovely quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay so much. The decor was delightful and it was very well appointed with everything we needed. It was so comfortable and clean that we didn’t want to leave! We hope to be back in the Minden area again in the future and will look forward to another stay in the Cottage on Fort. Thanks for creating the perfect cozy home away from home, Sara!

Hidden Gem of Minden

Charming cottage that is clean and renovated beautifully. We stayed there overnight and enjoyed our stay. And added bonus was the fully fenced in yard and family games. This was probably the best VRBO we’ve stayed at and we’ve stayed at quite a few! Host was also very attentive and responsive.

Wonderful house

We fell in love with the house. Everything was great with enough room for sleeping. Beds were excellent and kitchen was great!

Fantastic stay! Fantastic and beautiful property. Just returned home from staying here with family including my 4yr old. The house is spacious, safe, beautiful, cozy, clean. We had a blast making memories. The back porch and yard were wonderful too especially for older kids. Thank you Sara.

My family and I had the best time. The house was perfect! We attended my nephews wedding. The house had enough beds and was simply cozy for all of us!! The house was located close to my parents so we were able to visit but come back to the house. We had a great time and will definitely look into one of your other houses when we come back!!

Book Club Retreat

We decided to do a book club retreat here, and it was perfect! The house is so warm and clean and cozy. Sara is a great host! It was a perfect spot for all of us to gather, make drinks, eat food, and read but also have our space.

So comfortable and convenient

The cottage was perfect for our surprise trip to Minden. The covered parking up next to house was great. All the beds are super comfortable. With 5 adults staying for 4 nights, we all had plenty of space to spread out. Will definitely book the cottage again!

Wow what a property

This house was perfect. Everything about our stay was excellent. The house and decor was above and beyond. We had a great time hosting a Family get together. Big back yard and corner lot. Sara was a great host. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.
