And, you know, involving yourself in such a business is more interesting and diverse, because direct communication with guests, helping them in finding a good dinner spot, or just providing some necessary stuff, is very pleasant.
It helps me to become a better host. And reading the reviews is an additional benefit, which makes me feel proud, because I know that my guests received best service!

A modern loft apartment located in the historical building at the last floor ,in the center of Tbilisi has the best features: it has one bedrooms, it's comfortable, spacious and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities (including, fast WI-FI, TV, washing machine, kitchen supplies,ironing,parking and etc.) It also has a balcony, which opens to a beautiful view of old buildings, that you can enjoy watching, while sitting there, having your favourite drinks by your side.

By using subway you can get to anywhere, due to a fact, that M/S "Marjanishvili" is only just 2 minutes away. Plus, you will never get bored: there are many different bars, restaurants, where you will be able to taste Georgian food and wine/"chacha". Other than that, there are shops, theatres, a park and the walking distance to the Rustaveli street, which is also one of the most popular destinations, is short. The whole neighbourhood is the perfect mix of oldness and modernity.
