This is such a great house to rent for events at the NSC! We will definitely book here again! One thing to note if you book here is bring dish towels and wash cloths.

We had three families, plenty of room for all. Perfect location next to our event. Very easy communication between the host. Would highly recommend.

Excellent stay

Nice, clean house with everything you need for the stay. Good, quiet neighborhood, close to our venue. Will stay here everytime we are in San Antonio. Host are easily accessible and very nice to deal with.

Great Location from National Shooting Complex

Great location, only minutes from the National Shooting Complex. Hosts were friendly and communicative.

We really enjoyed our stay here, but it could definitely use some upgrades.. The pots and pans were all VERY used. All of our food would stick to them. There was also no kitchen towels so we went through paper towels pretty quickly. No washcloths in the bathrooms, and the listing advertises beach towels, but there were none at the property. Just in case someone is counting on those, there are none. The floors throughout the house had blue painters tape on them which was odd to us, but maybe the floors were cracked? Not sure. If you stay here definitely bring some house shoes. We walked around barefoot, and our feet were always black by the end of the night. Could also definitely use new pillows. The pillows in every room were super flat. Like sleeping on paper. If you are a pillow person definitely bring your own! Otherwise, we really enjoyed the stay! Could definitely use some little upgrades to make the place even better!

Air Force graduation stay

My stay at this property was outstanding. The property was clean and met my family’s expectations. The property location was centrally located to several stirs and restaurants. The host was easy to communicate with and if I ever have to stay in the area I would definitely book the property again.

Immaculate and very clean!

Great ranch with lots of space for everyone, open plan floor, all the furniture and kitchen items are very clean and good quality. Communication with the owner was 5 star, if we are ever back in the area, I would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended.

Great location!

Was in town for a sporting event at the National Shooting Complex. House is less than 2 minutes away from that location! House very welcoming, neat and clean! Hosts very responsive for any questions we had! Would stay again, and actually tried to book for same time next year and it was already booked!

Beautiful and Comfortable

Family came to San Antonio for my daughter’s wedding. They found the property very clean and comfortable. The property managers responded promptly to a question regarding the TV. My family was very happy. Recommend highly!

Great stop

We stayed here for a single night after traveling and going to Sea World. Location is close to Sea World, but far enough to be quiet. 2 families of 5 stayed with children ranging from 2 years-9 years. Place was clean, plenty of sleeping locations. Only drawback was that the main TV and one of the bedroom TVs were missing the remotes. The other TVs were ROKU TVs and you had to have your own subscription for. We just wanted to watch the Olympics, but couldn’t. Other than that, we would say again.

(Bathrooms) There were no washcloths and we had to purchase washcloths to bathe with. When finally contacting the hosts through VRBO (who never responded via the phone numbers provided) their response was…”these are amenities not provided in our listing.” Washcloths are essentials not amenities. The toilet paper holder didn’t work. The towel bar over the tub in the master bath looked as if had been ripped off the wall. There was no hair dryer available and we had to purchase one. (Kitchen) The cookware was very limited and was in terrible condition which left us with the additional expense of eating out. There was blue tape all over the kitchen and dining floor and we were told it was marked for repair. We were told there was complementary coffee available but there was only 2 K-cups. We had no access to the garage to park during inclement weather which is also not listed in their listing. (Bedrooms) Beds were not the greatest. Pillows were terrible and flat as pancake. The master bedroom carpet was wrinkled and may have caused me to stumble and break my toe on the master bed feet because it sticks out. Furniture was worn and yard sale quality. (Nuisance) Neighbors have a barking dog at all hours of the night and the host’s solution is to plug in a portable a/c to drown out the barking, Too much to list. Better places to stay than this for the money. We were told thanks for bringing these matters to their attention but it shouldn’t affect the functionality of our stay.

Almost perfect!

The property is clean and well kept, and the property manager is very responsive. I want to give it 5 stars but there were a few simple amenities lacking: not enough silverware, no cookie sheet, no pot holders, no wash cloths. We brought foil and used that on the oven rack for a cookie sheet, used a towel for a pot holder and paper towels to wash my face. Some major positives: there were a ton of very soft, fluffy bath and beach towels. The beds are comfortable and all the appliances were clean and functional. It was really a fantastic property and I would guess that the property manager would have provided the few missing items if I had asked for them. I would definitely stay here again.

The property (home) is very nice and as described, very spacious for a large group; the property is also in a great neighborhood. I rated cleanliness as a 2 and communicated concerns with the host, they were very responsive. Some items that were indicated as being available were not available, coffee was not available, there were no extra bath and beach towels. No wash cloths or hand towels. Everything else with our stay was great, owners were quick to respond with questions and concerns, check-in and check-out were easy.

This was just what we were expecting. The property was close proximity to the Air Force base, and the amenities were close by. It was clean, spacious, and most importantly the owners were in communication with me at all times and responded to all questions in a timely manner.
