This is a comfortable studio in a country setting in Carneros region, off of Highway 121/12, on 2-1/2 acres, in a very safe neighborhood.
The unit is attached to the main house, yet very private, with its own entrance.  A private patio and fenced yard have mountain views, and “starry, starry” skies at night.

Explore a host of world-class vineyards -- all within 10 miles of your door. Drive 4 miles into Sonoma to find upscale restaurants, boutiques, and entertainment options. Enjoy a hikes at the Upper Lake Trail at Jack London Park and Overlook Trail at Sonoma Plaza.

Only a 10 to 15 minute drive to downtown Sonoma Plaza, downtown Napa, and Sonoma Raceway . We are within walking distance of several wineries and a vodka distillery.

The property is home to sheep, goats, chicken and an abundance of wild birds (a bird watcher’s paradise).
We are also on a popular bike route to Napa/Sonoma.

a lovely room with plenty of space to eat, rest, get ready to go out, etc. comfy bed with plenty of extra pillows. very well stocked with towels, linens and kitchen items to make simple breakfast, snack and coffee/tea.

Everything was absolutely marvelous at Beth's place. The location is perfect for visiting wineries in the Sonoma and Napa regions, and there are also many great hiking spots nearby. Our child had a wonderful time feeding the sheep on Beth's small farm.

Peaceful location close by to Napa and Sonoma.

My wife and I stayed here to attend a family wedding in Sonoma. The room had plenty of room for us to be comfortable. My wife enjoyed the vanity for doing her makeup. Our host was very friendly and caring.

Surrounded by vineyards

Quiet, well equipped and spacious suite convenient to downtown Sonoma and wineries. Our host was extremely responsive. Check in and check out was easy and clearly communicated. Overall a great stay!

Great Place in Napa

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. This little room away from the city was very peaceful but not too far to drive to wineries and downtown Napa. The room had everything we needed including a pitcher of filtered water which I appreciated. The bed was soft and comfy and so were the pillows. While we did thoroughly enjoy our stay and would stay with the host again, the door that separates the room from the rest of the house is not super sound proof, so each party can easily hear the other. Just note that if you’re looking for a little more privacy, but the owner isn’t always home. We weren’t disturbed. I’d recommend this place, still.

Wine country vacation!

It was a great stay. The property manager was very sweet! The property was exactly as it looked online and clean. Location was great between Sonoma and Nappa. If we come back to the area we will definitely stay here again!

Overall, property was in a great location about 12 minutes away from the plaza in Sonoma. Big bathroom and very comfortable bed, great for my mom and I and good communication from Beth.

Wine Country Getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The room was great and we enjoyed being out in the country. Be aware that the roosters crow early. Beth was a fantastic host. We would definitely recommend this place.

Sonoma Speedway Visit

Comfy, clean and country quiet

The location was perfect for getting around Sonoma and Napa. A calm country home with private entrance to the room. The bed was cozy, room was clean and everything we needed was available and functional. If we come back again to see friends and family, I would book this room again. Thank you!

Wonderful host, great property!

A wonderful value - very cozy for 3 of us, but it worked! All the comforts of home - very clean and functional. Small glitch with another guest entering our unit after being given directions and access code for our unit instead of theirs. Beth is wonderful - very friendly and responsive!

Comfortable & quiet home base in wine country

A couple of my girlfriends and I stayed here to wander around Sonoma and Napa for the weekend. We lucked out being short stroll away from Lou’s Luncheonette! This suite had everything we needed. The bed and the futon couch were comfy, mini fridge kept all of our bevvies nice and cold over the hot weekend, and the place was nice and clean. Our hostess was out of town, but quick to respond to our check in/out notices. No issues with this place at all. I would definitely stay here again.
