This is a comfortable studio in a country setting in Carneros region, off of Highway 121/12, on 2-1/2 acres, in a very safe neighborhood.
The unit is attached to the main house, yet very private, with its own entrance.  A private patio and fenced yard have mountain views, and “starry, starry” skies at night.

Explore a host of world-class vineyards -- all within 10 miles of your door. Drive 4 miles into Sonoma to find upscale restaurants, boutiques, and entertainment options. Enjoy a hikes at the Upper Lake Trail at Jack London Park and Overlook Trail at Sonoma Plaza.

Only a 10 to 15 minute drive to downtown Sonoma Plaza, downtown Napa, and Sonoma Raceway . We are within walking distance of several wineries and a vodka distillery.

The property is home to sheep, goats, chicken and an abundance of wild birds (a bird watcher’s paradise).
We are also on a popular bike route to Napa/Sonoma.

Beth was a very responsive host and gave us lots of good tips for enjoying the area. An affordable stay, clean and comfortable, and centrally located for exploring both Napa and Sonoma. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was exactly as described and very comfortable. We asked the host, Beth, about checking in late due to the event finishing later than anticipated and she was extremely accommodating and very welcoming. We highly recommend this property. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. It comes with a very friendly cat named Romeo! Close to both Sonoma and Napa, glorious May weather. Such a comfy king bed, we slept in every day!

Had pleasure to stay at this property. Beautiful rural area, surrounded by vineyards. Super relaxing with private patio. The host was super friendly, easy to communicate. Had great restaurants recommendations. The room was really quiet and clean, small kitchen area with coffee machines, microwave and a little fridge, convenient parking. Loved my stay especially because it’s really close to Sonoma Raceway. Would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you Beth!

Excellent value for the price point. Beth is a responsive host. The property is super close to the town of Sonoma and Napa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday.

Quiet stay in Sonoma

Lovely and cozy room, located on the outskirts of Sonoma which was a plus because it was so quiet and surrounded by wide open spaces.

Everything was absolutely marvelous at Beth's place. The location is perfect for visiting wineries in the Sonoma and Napa regions, and there are also many great hiking spots nearby. Our child had a wonderful time feeding the sheep on Beth's small farm.

My husband and I decided to stay here since it was close to a wedding we were in town for. The property was as described, clean, very comfortable, and very convenient for us. We would love to stay here again!
