It was a pleasant stay!

The house was absolutely nice and clean. The host was extremely prompt in responding to any questions and very supportive. I like the morning run from the house to the Davis Islands, which is just about 3 miles away. The very little minus was the neighbors were quite loud at night. I guess they might have a party. Overall, it was a nice experience to stay here, and I would love to recommend this to my friends!

This place was great. Very quiet, very clean, and the ac was a champ! The mattress was a little thin, but it was still a great deal. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I am giving 5 stars because the room was extremely clean and very quiet. I enjoyed the fact that I could control the temperature in the room with AC and a ceiling fan. I can tell that the property owner takes pride in providing comfort and cleanliness to his guests. However, I had issues with the keypad entering the room. It was very finicky and at times it took me a while to unlock. I later realized there is a key in a lock box, but the keyhole is hidden in the door handle, so it was confusing. There was also no dish soap, the hand soap was watered down, and the half and half for the coffee was curdled. The ice cube trays were also empty in the freezer, prior to me filling them up. With these small adjustments, this would have been a truly 5-star, glowing review. I’m thankful for the hospitality!

Clean and stylish accommodations that provided everything we needed for a weekend away and could comfortably accommodate us for an extended stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect in every way

The suite was very clean, had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Great location, quiet atmosphere. I would absolutely return again. It met my needs perfectly.

in-law suite

Upon entering the private gate, you walk into your own little sanctuary. Adorable outside sitting space in enclosed fence for your privacy. The room was plenty big enough for 1 person, would also be good for 2. Very tasteful set up made it cozy and warm. The only thing I would suggest is, letting renters know to leave the linen outside to be exchanged due to COVID policy. Other than that I would highly recommend.
