Upgrade to our Noah's Ark package after booking!
The Brown Family Condo is situated in Lighthouse Cove on the beautiful Lake Delton with 3rd & 4th floor patios allowing for views that just don't stop! Centrally located near all of the attractions offered by the Wisconsin Dells, this 2 bed & 2 bath condo is perfect for a family getaway, golf trip, or couples weekend.
This property offers peace and quiet without leaving the heart of the dells. It is a mere 5-minute walk to Noah's Ark!
This is a beautiful top floor property in Lighthouse Cove with views that don't stop. You will enjoy the kitchen that is complete with all the essentials and more and is completely open to the family room. The condo has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs for year-round enjoyment. In the summer you can use the private beach and you can fish from the docks. If you are bringing your boat, there is ample secure parking for your boat & trailer and a boat slip at no charge. Noah's Ark waterpark is a 5 minute (1/4 mile) walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.
Bedroom 1 - King Bed, 65" Roku TV, Closet, Shared Bath (w/ standup shower, & jetted tub), Door to Patio.
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed, Full Bed, Roku TV, Large Closet has a folding twin bed
Family Room - Lots of seating and a 65" Roku TV (fireplace locked from use due to local laws)
3rd & 4th Floor Balconies with chairs for relaxing or chatting.

- Patios w/ tables and gas grills
- Docks (I have one slip, inquire about availability)
- Beach (private to Lighthouse Cove)

Lighthouse Cove is a mixed used property that consists of 1/3 vacation rentals, 1/3 residents, and 1/3 weekenders. It's much quieter than the typical Wisconsin Dells resorts.
- Must be 21 years old
- We reserve the right to evict immediately, and without refund, anyone for breaking any rules
- No outside visitors during your stay
Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners
Association Rules:
• Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party, set forth above, may not stay overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole responsibility of Guest.
• NO SMOKING
• Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 people for 2 bedroom units and 4 people for 1 bedroom units. Unit 203 is limited to 2 people.
• Parking. Guests may park only ONE vehicle building-side in designated Lighthouse Cove parking areas. Boats/trailers and additional vehicles may be parked in the boat/trailer parking area.
• Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
• Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the whirlpool tub.
• Pool Areas. At no time may glass containers be used, stored or carried into the pool room or into the fenced outdoor pool area. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in pool and spa areas. All diving and running in pool and spa areas is prohibited. The exercise room and sauna are reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families.
Swim diapers are required for the little ones.
• Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use onproperty. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property. No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.
• Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swimsuits, or anything else over the railings.
• Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities.
• Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
• Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife
• Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in the parking lot. Do not put in common area cans such as the one by the grills
