Aww thank you so much for such a great review! It was a pleasure hosting you, btw you motivated us to build a deck for the tiny house. It now extends from the steps to the wooden gate. Hope you get to enjoy it one day.

Craig by far has been the worst guest we have ever experienced, we are so thankful he was simply a one night guest. It is one thing to be upset and review us based on the 12mins delay in receiving the address, however to fabricate about the condition of The tiny house and the neighborhood in an attempt to affect our property detrimentally is so disappointing. We reached out to Craig the night before, offering to pin the address and he never responded. The next day we sent the directions 12mins late and apologized profusely as our property manager left the business phone at the property in error and returned right away when she realized it. Craig’s anger was so disproportionate to the situation it was baffling. He started to berate and insult our property manager, to the point where she reached out to me. I immediately called vrbo asking to have his reservation cancelled as we do not tolerate that behavior and do not want that environment around our other guests. Unfortunately, he is unaware that spending $68 or any amount of money for that matter does not give a person the right to treat another human being in such an undignified way. Unfortunately, because his insults were not threatening in nature vrbo did not allow us to cancel his reservation. Ironically, Craig refused to cancel although we offered him an immediate full refund. Which is so ironic considering the score he gave. To future guests. Our tiny house is simply amazing. You can view the other reviews as well as the 431guests who gave our property full 5/5 reviews on another platform. There is absolutely hot water in fact it has its own tankless heater. We carry out a two step verification cleaning process, ensuring our tiny house is spotless. The neighborhood is lovely. It is quiet, safe and charming with local ponds and greenery.
