the 2 bedroom condo is about 5 blocks from the beach and board walk in Ocean City Maryland. It is a very beachy looking condo. It is close to jolly Rogers amusement and water park. There is a small outside patio and a community pool. The condo has beds for 6 people plus a rollout bed. In spring of 2025, add all new appliances (washer, dryer,stove,dishwasher and refrigerator).

Family summer vacation 8/2024

Overall the condo was nice. Although some minor improvements should be fixed; saddle on floor was broken, toilet paper holder was broken in 1/2 bathroom and the toilet tank cover has a chunk missing on the corner in full bathroom. As well as freezer ice maker worked occasionally, however there is a counter one. About 5 blocks to the beach with restaurants also in walking distance. Neighbor was quite.

Dance Competition

We traveled from Michigan and enjoyed having a space for our family and dogs that was calmer than the busy beaches. It was located close to everything. It was nice that bedding and towels were provided. We did need more paper towels and toilet paper.

OC MD. Getaway

Dennis's place was just the right size for our family. The first thing I noticed was how clean the condo was. We tend to eat most of our meals in so I was pleasantly surprised with how much kitchen supplies were furnished. The condo was located about 2 blocks from the beach and location was very quite. The kids really liked that we had a pool as a alternative to the beach .I would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

Family beach vacay

For the price it was perfect! We hardly spent any time there but the time we did spend there was nice! The pool was absolutely perfect! Will be looking forward to booking again in the future

Nice Place But...

Our stay was good. Nice quiet location. The only problem was the sheets in 1 room (with bunkbed) were not clean. Luckily we brought our own bedding. Other than that I would recommend this rental. We had an overall great experience.

We enjoyed our stay

The unit is in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is a short walk to the beach at the end of the boardwalk where you can pick up the tram into the busier part of the boardwalk or just enjoy the quiet end. Lots of grassy area for the dog and far enough from the loud traffic to safely walk the dog. The unit comes with an off-street parking spot but we parked on the street which is closer. The host was quick to respond to questions/issues. Thanks!

Clean and Pet Friendly

The property was clean and comfortable. It was our first time taking our dogs and the property was perfect for them as well. Our host was helpful every step of the way. Highly recommend.

Never go back there. Paid a lot for dirty place

Dirty bed sheets. Dirty backyard. Sliding door's lock broken. A piece of wood was used to keep the door locked ....Microwave and toaster dirty. After I sent a message to the owner about my complaints, never heard back from him . The trash can was so dirty and disgusting

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit is in a nice neighborhood and less than a10 minute walk to the beach. One block south is the boardwalk, which is vibrant. To the north is the beach without boardwalk, which is far less crowded. The unit was clean and as advertised. The pool was a nice addition, and warm enough to really enjoy.

Summer Vacation

Our host made our stay very enjoyable. Checkin went great. Our dishwasher didn't work but our host had it fixed the next day before we needed it. We did have a parking spot on the property but we found it just as wasy to park on the street. The walk to the beach with chairs and cooler was a bit far but i wouldnt let that stop me from staying there again. Would recommend to anyone who likes a little peace at night.

Golf Getaway

This place was perfect for what we needed. Down on a golf trip so it was what we needed. Near a lot to do on the island and not too far away from the courses. Appreciate Dennis and Dallas. They also get it's a vacation and made check out very easy. That's a big plus!

Stay at OC Condo

The experience was great for my teen boys was fun and adventurous and the place was a great location for teens…I would stay here again.. once I got home and began to iunpack I did realize that 2 of your towels was accidentally packed as I went to dry them and they got mixed with my stuff.. please let me know what the fee is for those 2 towels and I can cash app you the funds… send you the funds payment for that item.. once again thanks

Enjoyed our stay here! Dennis is very communicative and welcoming. Condo had everything we needed and nice community pool. Bit of a walk to the beach . Would definitely stay again.
