The location was great and accommodations were great but the pool, chairs, etc need to be updated and cleaned. Garbage and plastic bottles and tshirts were in the covered patio our whole stay. Location was excellent with walking distance to beach and Island Queen along with shops. Recommend day of arrival to communicate seperately the gate code and room code not within the whole group texts with all the rules. Also, the bed needs a boxspring!Overall great stay and would recommend and stay here again.

Great vacation

This was a great place an location for my 13 and 17 year old for spring break! It was walking distance from the beach and many local restaurants. Plus fishing off the dock was a great way to pass the time in the sun!

Host was great, the property is a bit run down. We stayed 3 weeks and that was a mistake. It would be fine for a 2 or 3 night stay, but not suited for longer term.

Check in was fine. Kate was easy to get a hold of. The location of the property is ideal and the view, especially at night was lovely! The house is comfortable enough for 2 people. The bed was very comfortable but low to the ground. As a senior it took a little effort to get up.lol. But I would come back!

The location for the price was everything! Laid back and tucked into a “villa”. Waking up to the beautiful view and watching the sunset from the balcony or pool was wonderful. Centrally located to plenty of restaurants, activities, etc. Our two children shared the couch - it definitely could have been a comfier couch they said but it worked for the few nights we were there. Host was quick and detailed in communication. Loved our stay and would book here again!

The property was close to shops and beach . Walking distance to water taxi stop . The owner was very responsive with all my questions .she has always been responsive within a few minutes to hours of texting . She was generous in allowing an early checkin and late check out .

Clean and convenient

Stayed at this Vrbo while attending convention center. Only a couple miles and easy to get to. Minimal traffic. Was clean and well maintained.

Great place great location!

Bit of confusion when we checked in, but it was quickly resolved by Kate the Host. No issue getting in touch quickly with Kate. The unit clean and comfortable. The Pool and lounging area was very clean and the dock overlooked the beautiful bay. Honestly, one of the better places I have Stayed at and the location is close to las olas, beach, restaurants, airport, stores, and more.

Instructions could be made more clearly. We arrived late at night. Nothing was well lit was hard to see and find the room. We initially had trouble getting into the property, but the owner was very helpful answering us and getting us in. We were there for three days and only supplied with two washcloths. We had asked several times for more and the property Owner argued with us that there were more there, which there wasn’t. We never did get more and she would not answer us after that. Location was good

Beautiful Location and Responsive Host

This location is exactly what we were looking for. There was plenty of space for me, my husband, and 2 small children. All basic essentials (towels, dinnerware, cooking utensils etc) were included, in addition to non essentials such as shampoo, conditioner and body soap. The pool was BEAUTIFUL, clean, and super. It was perfect when the kids needed a break from the oceans waves!We are planning on doing something similar next year and hope this property will be available.

Perfect location all around

This location is a 15 minute drive to the airport, a quick walk to the public beach and 10 minute walk to the strip that is popping with restaurants, clubs, stores and excursions.The complex itself is in need of property management. The pool is nice but needs a cleaning along with the property, as there was trash at the front entrance and in the landscape and a long hose thrown across the walkway. The unit itself was comfortable especially the bed, however it was as lacking lighting in the bathroom. All but one bulb had blown out making it difficult when showering and getting ready for the day.We did appreciate that It had a beautiful view of the intercoastal from balcony. A nice way to relax at the end of the day.

Close to every thing

The owner was responsive to any concerns. The unit is centrally located with in walking distance to the beach and shops. The listed of restriction are long and not advertised on the site. She did amend them, such as the pool closing at dusk with a $450 fine to closes at 9 pm. She does not provide pool or beach towels. The couch is very uncomfortable to sit on. There is not a dresser in the bedroom or suit case stands.
