Wonderful Villa!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Tres Sietes. .We went to Cabo for my son's Spring Break. The villa is very spacious, beautiful and clean. The pool area is very large with unbelievable views of the tip of Cabo. We also love this community because it is gate guarded and very private. The property manager and owner are great to deal with.

Great Villa! 10+++

We frequent Villa Tres Sietes 2-3 times a year. It’s very well maintained and managed. Very private & VIP. The property manager is always helpful to us and we booked golf & fishing through Orlando and he saved us a lot of money. I think we saw more whales right in back of the villa this trip than I have seen my entire life! We can’t wait to go back!

We love Villa Tres Sietes!

We have now stayed at Villa Tres Sietes multiple times. We have frequented Cabo San Lucas since the mid-90's and this is the best villa we have ever stayed at. The villa is stunning, well maintained and probably has the best views in Cabo. With direct private beach access and an incredible large tide-pool that is safe all with a view of Lands End. We love this villa. The property manager is the best and the owner is very responsive. We can highly recommend this villa for any occasion. We will be back!

Beautiful Villa

What a beautiful property! We had a great experience at Villa Tres Sietes. The owner and and concierge were both great to work with. They helped arrange airport transportation, pre-stocked the Villa and Covid testing for our return flight was done at the Villa. The Villa is well maintained and like staying in paradise! We will definitely return to Villa Tres Sietes and highly recommended!

Absolutely Fabulous Villa

From the moment we walked into Villa Tres Sietes it seems like the "awe factor" new went away. This villa is absolutely beautiful and the views are far beyond what we expected. The pictures online do not compare the personal experience of staying in this villa. The property manager pre-stocked the villa for us and also arranged the chef which was all perfect. We could see whales breaching right in front of the villa! This was a very memorable trip for our family. We also love to BBQ and the villa has a brand new gourmet BBQ poolside! We looked forward to our next trip to Cabo and we will definitely be staying at Villa Tres Sietes.

Our new favorite!

This was our second stay at Villa Tres Sietes this year and is definitely a new favorite for us. We frequent Cabo San Lucas and the staff, management and owner of Villa Tres Sietes sure make it easy for us. Great Villa! Highly recommended.

Great Villa!

We had a fabulous time staying at Villa Tres Sietes. The Villa is well maintained and great property management. The views are stunning and we enjoyed watching the whales passing everyday. Fresh bedding, clean, lovely housekeepers and the manger/concierge Orlando is on top of things. We will definitely return to this villa and we highly recommend. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful villa.

Villa Tres Sietes is the best!

This was our third trip to Cabo San Lucas and first stay at this Villa. Absolutely stunning Villa! Villa Tres Sietes is the best! The pictures of this villa do not compare to experiencing it in person. This was the that best and most memorable trip to Cabo San Lucas that we have had. The property manager and owner are the best and it was obvious that they all work together in sync to make sure our trip in Cabo was its best! Highly recommend and we are going back in July!

What an amazing property! A new favorite by far!

What an amazing property, we feel fortunate to stayed here! Villa Tres Sietes was highly recommended by close friends of ours and we just loved it! The property manager was great and excellent communication with the owner. We will definitely be back to Villa Tres Sietes! We have traveled to Cabo for over 20 years! This is the best property we have ever experienced.

Amazing!!

We had an amazing stay! This is the 3rd time to this property for our family (& friends) and it never disappoints! Spectacular location, close to everything but secure behind the guard gated community. Property manager was always available and fast to respond!

One of our best trips to Cabo San Lucas

We truly enjoyed this trip to Cabo and it was one of our best trips to Cabo San Lucas ever. A beautiful private estate all to ourselves. Highly recommend the chef and the property manager is great and the owner is very responsive. 5 Star property!

Awesome Quarantine Get Away

Myself, friends and family stayed at this beautiful home. And I have traveled around the world and this experience was A+A+A+. From beginning to end they made our stay so wonderful. The home was in immaculate condition. Ron thank you for suggesting, Chef & Butler Oscar & Yizrel they were awesome. And our concierge/property manager Orlando was the best. If we needed anything he accommodated us.. We are definitely coming back again!!!

Beautiful Villa

Our family really enjoyed our vacation at Villa Tres Sietes. It is a beautiful well maintained property and excellent property manager. Perfect location, safe, private, quiet and we felt at home. The owner and staff clearly work hard to make sure our trip to this Villa and Cabo San Lucas was a great trip! We will definitely return to Villa Tres Sietes and we highly recommend it.

The Best of the Best!

This was truly the best trip to Cabo San Lucas! The best of class! An amazing Villa in the most beautiful setting imaginable. The property manager is exceptional and the owner was always very responsive to all of our questions and request. This is a professional team that knows what they are doing and makes sure that you are taken care of. The Villa architectural design is amazing and everything is very clean and we noticed fresh new bedding throughout. Very private, secure and quiet. There are tide-pools in the back that are also amazing and safe, we couldn’t keep the kids out of them. The best of the best!

Excellent for Girls Weekend

The property was exactly what we needed for a short Girls Weekend away. We loved every minute. Very safe and very relaxing. We especially enjoyed watching the sunrise from the deck every morning.

Wonderful property

We were in town celebrating my daughters 21st birthday with 9 of her friends. The house was absolutely beautiful and in a safe gated neighborhood. The house manager Orlando was there if we needed anything and even went out with us one night.. he was well known everywhere and we got the star treatment! Any issues that we had he came right over to address then. The chef (yizrel) that was recommended was also fantastic and we had many of our meals at the house. He went above and beyond to spoil us while we were there. The transportation company that was recommended was also great. Everything was just wonderful and our daughters birthday weekend couldn’t have went better. We hope to come back and stay here again!

Great Property!

We were very happy with our stay at this property and it is in a great location. The property is very well maintained, very private and in a gate guarded community. We felt very safe. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. The property manager is exceptional and we were very happy with we choose this villa.

Great Location but flawed property

The house is in the best location possible but it had some serious problems. We showed up and the outdoor grill was inoperable and we had to wait days for a part to come in and at the end of our trip only half worked. The AC never worked in the master bedroom and 2 toilets broke while we were there. There was an issue nearly every day but fortunately the property manager Orlando was the most responsive and best that we have ever encountered. He saved our trip by addressing every issue immediately. This is a great property that needs some TLC which Orlando is now providing. I would recommend staying here now that Orlando is in charge.

Amazing place to celebrate my birthday

it is a beautiful Villa ,amazing views nice clean pool we were lucky to have Orlando as a host and property manager he did a great job accommodating everything for us from our chief to nights out to the clubs . it is a beautiful place and i would definitely go back and stay there. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!

My family had the best time we have ever experienced in Cabo San Lucas, and we come here frequently. The house is stunning, absolutely stunning and we will definitely come back on our next trip! We were originally concerned about the ocean but it is very safe and some sandy areas, great tide pools and everyone enjoyed the time we spent their. The kids were addicted to the tide pools. The house is very clean with great bedding. The view doesn't get any better than this. The property owner is very responsive and was always quick to respond to any of our questions & needs. The property manager Orlando is great and also provides concierge service. He helped us arrange everything from transportation from the airport, the chef, restaurant reservations, in-house massages . He is very connected and he was even able to get us into restaurants when the restaurants told us they were booked. I highly recommend this property!

Spectacular oceanfront home!

We had an amazing time. The location and views are awesome. The property was beautiful and the booking and check in process was easy. We have stayed here in the past and it gets better every time! The property manager was always available if we had any questions! Can’t wait until next time.

I am very familiar with the area and very much involved and connected to the community on both a personal and business level. Cabo San Lucas is a second home to me. I have owned multiple homes and run I have businesses in Cabo San Lucas.

My family and I have vacationed in Cabo San Lucas since 1985. I was immediately hooked by one of the most beautiful landscapes, ocean, best fishing, golfing and dining locations in the world. Before we bought in Cabo we rented many different villas in Cabo until we found the community we loved most. We have rented in Pedregal (too noisy), Pamilla(too far from town and the marina) and Cabo del Sol (too crowded). We choose to purchase in Santa Carmela because of the community beauty and privacy. It is also a very secure gated community without any tourist. Most of the property owners in Santa Carmela are successful business owners who own and manage fine Hotels, restaurants, world renown sport fishing companies etc... Santa Carmela is the best living in Cabo!
