**Other Things to Note
*Prime Palm Desert Location
Located in the heart of the valley, you’ll enjoy desert sunsets, mountain views, and quick access to dining, shopping, outdoor adventure, and world-class events.
*Vehicle Restrictions
Oversized, recreational, or commercial vehicles (including logoed vehicles) must fit fully inside the garage or they cannot be parked on-site. Please review house rules.
*Pool Heating
Community pools are typically heated to ~82°F from Oct/Nov through April (weather-dependent).
*Overseeding Season
Every fall, the golf course and grounds undergo reseeding. Grass may appear browner, and portions of the course may close intermittently. This is standard across all desert communities.
*Drinking Water Notice
The Coachella Valley Water District recently updated residents regarding California’s new drinking-water standards. Under the revised guidelines, local water shows elevated levels of naturally occurring Hexavalent Chromium (Chromium-6).
This is not an emergency, and the water remains safe to use.
For added peace of mind, a 5-stage filtered water system is provided in the refrigerator.
