You will absolutely love this completely remodeled year round lake cottage. Enjoy lake living with a private patio, grill and large, private lakefront yard. This lake cottage is a one bedroom with a queen bed and a fully equipped kitchen. You will have access to 100 feet of Seneca Lake lakefront with a dock. Outdoor security cameras are present for your safety and ours. Enjoy fine dining within five minutes of the cottage. Experience over 20 Finger Lakes wineries and breweries - many within biking distance. Kayaks welcome.

We had such a great time! I’m can’t wait to come back. Definitely going to recommend this place to others. My dad is from Geneva, so getting to stay here and show my boyfriend where I came on summer weekends when I was little was so special. Thank you for a great experience!

Beautiful property and great location! The cottage was clean and very thoughtfully stocked. The location was close to many wineries and in a quiet spot along the lake. Sadly, it rained most of our trip but the outdoor amenities including grill, seating, and dock were very nice.

We had an absolutely amazing time! The cottage was very neat, clean, and comfortable. It was very private. We really enjoyed spending time in the lake and relaxing on the dock. Kimberly, the host, was very easy to communicate with. She truly thought of everything!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Minutes away from town, wineries, breweries and restaurants. Drinks at Vonnie’s boathouse basically next door is a good way to end the night. Canandaqua lake is just 30min away also.

Nice cottage with great views and a convenient location. The entire cabin has been refurbished. Could use some better sleeping pillows and mattress but that’s also a personal preference thing. Overall would definitely stay again if we return to the Finger Lakes!!

My wife and are a couple that love to spend time near the water, especially on the dock. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate with us with the exception of the first day. However, the cottage was very cozy, comfortable, and clean. Had a great view of the lake. Inside was updated with very nice decor and kitchenware. Bathroom had the best cottage shower I have experienced yet. The host Kim was very pleasant and quick to respond to any messages sent. I would book again.

This property was spotless and perfect for our little vacation. It was close to everything we needed and the lake was beautiful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Everything you need to cook but also great restaurants near by. Great location. Perfect lake access out the back door. Very comfortable and cute cottage!

Nice cabin in Finger Lakes

This was a cute lake cabin and perfect for my husband and I. We really enjoyed the area and I loved seeing the deer walking around in the morning while sipping coffee.

This house is lovely! Perfect for 2 people. The open concept makes it feel larger than it is. The house looks fresh and new. Bathroom was bright and clean. Kitchen has what you need for a comfortable stay, including a nice size fridge. Lake view is great from the large windows and it's an easy stroll down to the dock. The owners were great to work with and I would definitely recommend their property!

Honeymoon Getaway

This property was amazing! My husband and I spent our honeymoon here exploring the fingerlakes and this cottage was an amazing place to stay and relax between adventures! The views were spectacular!

Bright, cheery, on the lake!

This place was fantastic! The location was great and the space was clean, cheerful, and had everything we need. Great outdoor space too and right on the lake with chairs on the dock was our favorite. Access to kayaks was a big bonus!
