Quiet and relaxing river-facing oversized 1 bedroom condo on the first floor. Private patio. Full kitchen. 2 hot tubs (one for adults only), pool with a slide. Gondola is 100 meters from the building. Just across the footbridge is Keystone's River Run Village with restaurants, coffee and shopping. The footpath takes you all along Keystone to the skating rink, keystone lake and bike path.
Heated garage (1 spot, 7'6" garage door height clearance) and ski locker, game room, exercise room, steam room. Keyless entry.
The Springs at River Run is the best resort condotel in Keystone!

**Update: The Kindred Resort in Keystone is being built next to the Springs. We cannot wait for it to be finished because it will be nice to have fine dining and an upscale bar right next door. Meanwhile, there might be construction noise during your stay. It is on the opposite side of the building from my unit, but depending on the stage of work, you might hear noise. You will definitely hear and see the progress while at the pool, apart from Sundays.

This was an awesome place to stay! Quiet and clean and a good distance from anything you might need. The pool and hot tub area was so fun and relaxing. The host was also very great and accommodating for us!! We will be back.

Our particular unit was perfect, spotless, well appointed, Comfortable beds and extra everything. The host was communicative and friendly. No complaints. The only reason for 4 stars had to do with following of building rules. The complex is supposed to be completely pet free and there were dogs everywhere, This mostly mattered because the unit next door had a loud, aggressive dog that made it so we were both kept awake with barking and also because they left it off leash out back we couldn’t use our cute little patio. The other thing was the promise of adult only hot tubs and everything shut down by 10, but there were kids everywhere and an almost accident with an unattended 2 year old in the adult hot tub and loud partying until after midnight in the lobby. I don’t really care which way it goes, but either enforce rules or do away with them so people know what to expect.

Facility was clean and in good condition. When, prior to our trip, we couldn’t find it listed on the VRBO app, we contacted customer service and were consequently contacted by the owner, Lisa. She was very helpful in providing the information that we requested.

Wonderful fall get away!

We had a wonderful stay! It was clean and conveniently located to all we wanted to do and see. The host had everything in order for our arrival and the entrance was safe and easy.

River Run met/exceeded expectations

Very happy with a two week stay at River Run. Public areas were consistently clean including the pool/hot tub area. Would stay again.
